GENERAL TIPS

• The fractured blank shapes in your inventory represent the pieces of the items you need to collect.
• Placing your mouse over a blank shape will give you a glimpse of what the real item looks like.
• The hint button beside your hero’s portrait also shows you where an item from your inventory belongs, but only if there are no other item pieces to collect.
• The hint button recharges automatically at a steady pace.
• Use the shock effect of a spell to your advantage to keep the enemy from attacking.

BATTLES

• Each spell has requires a certain number of items before it is used.
• After finding all of the items listed below a spell, the spell will automatically cast itself on either you, or your enemy.
• The shock effect of a spell indicates how many seconds the enemy will be stunned for before it is able to attack again.
• Each spell has an elemental type attached to it, and most enemies have a vulnerability to an elemental type.
• If the elemental type of the attack spell matches the weakness of the enemy, then the damage of the spell will be doubled.
• You can always review your spells by clicking the “Menu” button beside your hero’s portrait, then clicking on the “Book of Spells” button.

GAME MODES

• In Relaxed Mode the hints charge faster, the enemies are weaker, and your hero cannot die in battle.
• In Normal Mode the difficulty is made for experienced players. You also get twice the amount of points you would normally get in Relaxed Mode.
• In Advanced Mode the monsters are both stronger and faster than normal, but you are allowed to choose the spells you want to use in battle. You also receive 5 times the amount of points you would normally get in Relaxed Mode.

LEVEL 1

INVESTIGATION

• Click on the part of the mace which is glowing on the right side of the center of the room.

• Find the rest of the mace parts which are highlighted in red. Use the shape of the mace in your inventory to help find the missing pieces.
• One is in the center of the left wall of the screen.
• One is left of the center of the room.
• One is right of the center of the room.
• One is above the bottom right corner of the room.
• Collect all pieces of the shield item which are highlighted in green. Use the shape of the shield item in your inventory to help find its hidden pieces.
• One is right of the bottom left corner of the room.
• One is in the top center of the left half of the room.
• One is in the center of the room.
• One is in the center of the top of the room.
• One is above the bottom right corner.
• One is in the window on the right side of the room.

• Collect all 16 pieces of paper. The number on basket in your inventor displays the amount of pieces that have been collected.
• One is in the bottom left corner of the room.
• One is above the bottom left corner of the room.
• One is to the left of the center of the left half of the room.
• One is to the right of the upper left corner of the room.
• Two are left of the bottom center of the room.
• One is in the bottom center of the room.
• Four are surrounding the center of the room.
• Three are on the table cloth on the right side of the room.
• One is left of the upper right corner of the room.
• One is in the bottom right corner of the room.

• Place the pieces of the puzzle into their correct positions to complete this jigsaw puzzle.
• Click on a piece once to pick it up, and again to drop it.

• This is how your puzzle will look when it is complete.

• Collect on the button labeled “Start” to continue on to the next scene.

• Collect all the pieces of the medallion item. The pieces are highlighted in red.
• One is to the right of the top left corner of the room.
• One is in the center of the left half of the room.

LEVEL 2

HERO VS. SKELETON

• This is your first battle with an enemy.
• Click the “Fight” button to initiate the battle.

• To use 1 of the spells at the bottom of the screen, you must find the ingredients listed below that spell.
• For example; in the screenshot the freezing arrow spell cannot be used until the brown fish, cucumber, and lady bug found.
• The number of ingredients needed to cast a spell is always the same; however the variety of ingredients needed is always random.
• Each spell is highlighted in a color that matches the items on its list. Keep in mind that the locations of the items are also random.
• After defeating the enemy you will have to solve another jigsaw puzzle.

• This is how the puzzle will look after completion.
• After this puzzle you will be attacked again.

LEVEL 3

HERO VS. FOREST PIXIE

• Defeat this enemy to advance to the next scene.
• This enemy is weak against black magic attacks.

LEVEL 5

HERO VS. EARTH ELEMENTAL

• This enemy is weak against fire magic.
• After defeating the enemy there will be a puzzle scene.

• Get the shining crystals to the bottom of the screen to advance.
• You must destroy the items under the crystals to get them to fall to the bottom of the screen.
• Match 3 or more items of the same kind together in a vertical or horizontal line to destroy them.
• Destroying items causes the small lightning gauge at the bottom of the screen to fill gradually.
• Once the gauge is full, any shining crystal on the screen will destroy 1 item below itself.
• After 2 shining crystals have successfully reached the bottom of the screen you will advance.
• After this puzzle you will be attacked.

LEVEL 6

HERO VS. STONE GOLEM

LEVEL 8

HERO VS. WITCH

• This enemy is weak to fire magic.
• After this battle there will be a new puzzle.

• Place the correct letters onto the symbols of the cryptogram to advance.
• Placing a letter on a symbol that has a matching symbol will cause the matching symbol to inherit the same letter.

• The password here spells out “coffee beans”.
• Each cryptogram has a random password.
• There is a “Skip” button at the bottom of the puzzle if you want to advance without completing the puzzle.
• You cannot use the “Skip” button until it is fully charged.
• Afterwards you will be attacked by an enemy.

LEVEL 9

HERO VS. ZOMBIE

• This enemy is weak against fire magic.

LEVEL 10

FIRST ELIXIR OF LIFE

• Find all 25 bones.
• Three are above and to the left of the center of the left half of the room.
• Four are left of the center of the left half of the room.
• Three are below the center of the left half of the room.
• Three are above the center of the room.
• One is below the center of the room.
• One is in the center of the bottom of the room.
• One is in the center of the top of the room.
• Four are near the bottom center of the right half of the room.
• Three are in the center of the right half of the room.
• One is above the center of the right half of the room.

• Find all of the matching pairs of bones to complete this puzzle.
• Each tile has a picture of a bone underneath it. Click on a tile to flip it over.
• Each time you flip over 2 tiles which do not match, the tiles will flip over to their blank sides again.
• Flip over a pair of matching tiles bones to remove that pair from the puzzle.
• You will gain the Elixir of Life.
