Win Free Games Every Friday!
Posted on July 1, 2009 in Social Media, PromotionsNow you can win free games on Facebook!
Starting this Friday, July 3rd, we’re committing to two months of Free Game Fridays (maybe we’ll keep going after that...we’ll see...).
Here’s how it works. Every Friday until the end of August, we’ll post a question on the Big Fish Games Facebook page. Your job is to seek out the answer to that question and email it to promos (at) bigfishgames.com. We’ll choose a winner at random from all correct entries and award them coupons for free games!
The questions will vary and may ask you to play a downloadable game, visit the Forums, play an online game, or even come back to the Blog. Have no fear, it shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes to find the answers. This is meant to be fun, not work...wait a minute...isn’t everything here fun? ;)

Announcing Faunasphere!
Posted on March 19, 2009 in Game News, Social Media, Big Fish News
Announcing Faunasphere, a browser-based massively multiplayer social game where players adopt lovable and quirky creatures called Fauna and collaborate to create and explore shared virtual worlds.
Faunasphere has been in development for nearly two years and we are all excited to see it enter the last leg of development. Faunasphere was started by a company named Thinglefin who Big Fish Games acquired in 2008. Thinglefin was founded by Toby Ragaini, the designer of Asheron's Call and The Matrix Online, along with Jeremy Friesen, and Ryan O'Rourke.

Sharing Games on Facebook
Posted on January 18, 2009 in Social Media
Recently, we conducted a survey with a group of Big Fish Games fans to find out how engaged they are with social networking such as Digg, MySpace, and Facebook. One of the things that stood out to us was user engagement with Facebook and their desire to share information about their favorite games. This post will walk you through one way to share Big Fish Games information through your Facebook profile.
For those users who are not familiar with Facebook, it is a social networking web site that lets users connect with friends, co-workers, and others who share similar interests or who have common backgrounds. Facebook is commonly used as a fast and efficient way for people to stay in touch and share their lives.
