I just wanted to say that I think Big Fish Games is great! I have purchased several games from you and have been happy with all of them. In addition, when I switched from a PC to a Mac, your customer service department allowed me to download the Mac versions of my purchased games free of charge. This was amazing! In fact, any interaction I've ever had with customer service has been very quick, effective, and completed with a level of friendliness that is often hard to come by! I am also THOROUGHLY thrilled with your selection of Mac games, in general. I just wanted you to know that you have one happy customer here! Happy holidays!

I guess this is just a type of fan letter to Big Fish Games for being such a great company to deal with. Over a year ago, with some trepidation, I joined Game Club after being assured by a customer service rep that my fears of poor service, unreliability, etc. would not occur. I have had nothing but great experiences since. From the availability of inexpensive games to top-notch customer service, I have not been disappointed. Big Fish Games is run the way every company should be. Please accept my thanks.

Just finished Mystery Case Files 13th Skull and had to let you know that was BLOODY BRILLIANT!!!! You have out done yourselves again. Didn't think you could get better than Return to Ravenhearst and Dire Grove but you did. Every game that you guys bring out is better than the last. This one was captivating and so clever. Can't wait for next year's. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so much for hours of enjoyment.

I am delighted to find there is a new Mystery Case Files game out today. I've been wondering when we might see the next one, because they are my favorites. So, I just wanted to say thank you. Hello everyone at the Help desk! No, this time it's not some game problem. I'm writing just to congratulate you (and your bosses of course!) on the new sites Big Fish Games has been opening on the Internet! I am Dutch myself and I'm impressed by the way the translation of site and games has been done! Really, a lot of gamedevs could take that kind of a flawless job as an example the next time they attempt to write their texts in good and proper English! Well done, people! Having said this I must admit I'd rather stay where I am: at your American site and forums. I feel so good in this pond that I don't feel the need to swim in more familiar waters. But I'm sure, I even know some folks around here that will welcome a professional Dutch gamesite, I'm sure this Dutch pond will soon be populated with enthusiastic swimmers! Hello Big Fish Games... This requires no response from you. It's just something that I wanted to tell you. I have purchased many games from you over the years that I have been a member of your Game Club. They are all very entertaining, of course, some better than others. But through the many games I've collected, one always stands out among the rest. I'm talking about Hidden Expedition Amazon. That game, in my opinion, is just the best of the best games ever created. The music is so beautiful, and I never get tired of hearing it. The game has the most beautiful graphics. Of course, there are the puzzles that can make you sit back and really think about what to do. The hardest one being the monkey puzzle. I can get the first two levels, but the third level, with the double lines is just so difficult. Once in a great while, I'm able to get it. Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. Amazon is a beautiful wonderful game, and when I'm feeling a bit down, it restores my spirit. Thank you Big Fish.
