I just wanted to thank Big Fish Games!! Most of all for your exemplary customer service. The games are wonderful. I have almost all of the Mystery Case Files!! However, what's more important to me as a customer (why I will continue to buy games from you) is that anytime I've had any kind of problem your company has fixed it immediately. As a customer who loves games, I really appreciate that. I recommend Big Fish Games to all my friends. I've never gotten a virus with your downloads either (that's a big A+). I just want to thank everyone involved with Big Fish Games. At 72 years old, I truly enjoy playing the games. The hidden objects are great in helping my brain stay working! Whenever I have had a problem, your staff is always friendly and helpful. Just keep those good mysteries coming. I may be here awhile longer.

Just wanted to say thank you for Felix, my wife really loved him. It was a good gift for her coming home from the rehab center, after suffering from a severe stroke, leaving little movement on her right side and unable to eat, but still can play games. I'm 61 today and she'll be 58 next month and there is nowhere we go any more except to your Game Club. I have noticed some of the other game places are trying to follow your strategy. But still can't come close to your Game Club and benefits. And I say thanks for Felix.

Hi! I just received my plush Felix the Fish reward for being a Game Club member for a year. Thanks so much! He's adorable. You folks are my absolute favorite place to buy casual games. I had to go to another source for a game you didn't have, and it was really a pain to buy it. And of course there is no wonderful Game Manager, so I have to keep the shortcut on my desktop. Again, thanks for the Felix. I plan to be a Big Fish Games member for a long time to come.

You all are just great. I find you to be very fair in your pricing and in all my dealings with you. The latest deal of Collector's Editions is what was needed for me to purchase them. Your tech support team is terrific. I feel that I am on a very safe site when I am with you. I am so glad I became a Game Club member. I recently declined to beta test a time management game - I don't play these kind of games. But thank you for asking me.

I just want you to know that I have had experience with Big Fish Games for over a year now. I have purchased probably 100 games or more and have had to contact tech support a couple of times. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences and have found the tech support to be extremely helpful on the occasions that I have needed them. I'm 58 years old, and disabled with a brain injury. I use Big Fish Games for memory, visual acuity, cognitive processing, attention, and a whole lot of other things.
