I love your game site and the way it is run. I visit it almost every day. There are many games that are my favourites, but I also like checking out the new ones. The site seems to have your customers' enjoyment and satisfaction as its highest priority, and that attitude is, unfortunately, becoming rare these days. I estimate that Big Fish Games is the best game site on the entire internet. It is a pleasure doing business with you, and you can be assured that I will continue to be a happy loyal customer for years to come.

I was very impressed with the quick response. I was also very pleased that the company was willing to let me get a different game after I ordered the wrong one. They didn't have to do that. But, they now have a very satisfied customer who will recommend them to all my friends!

After advising that one of the Beta Test games you sent me did not function properly, I was surprised AND delighted to receive an email from one of your reps. Truly, I didn't expect such a great gift - I think that asking me for my opinion of the test games is a "gift" in itself. As usual, Big Fish Games ALWAYS makes my day! Thanx Big Fish Games! :)

I've never had any problems that I can think of with other games I've purchased from you. I just love this game site, I am a 10 year member with another site, but haven't played there since becoming a member with Big Fish Games. Love the game choices you offer, low affordable prices, and safe, virus-free gaming. That means a great deal to me. I'm 63 yrs old and grew up in a era where people took pride in their business, and every employee knew about the items they sold. We never heard a sales person say, "I have no idea who makes this, or how you operate it." An owner would be mortified. So thank you Big Fish Games for having the business ethics from a time when things meant something.

I just want to say that Big Fish Games has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with, whether on-line or in person. You are prompt to respond and take care of your customer's needs, even at a loss to yourself. That is one of the main reasons I have continued my monthly membership with you.

I enjoy Big Fish Games very much! I also play a couple of games on Facebook. There is always some problem occurring any time you get on there. Sometimes it's a little problem that doesn't affect playing, but some time it's a huge one and I can't play for days. Support on that site is usually no help; they pass the problem off as something they are working to control and please be patient, but we have already been patient for days. I tell you all of this because it is nothing like this with Big Fish Games. I rarely have a problem and when I do I always get thorough answers from your support team. Thank you for all your help.
