Your people are always upbeat, professional and helpful. In this last case the young lady had to do some more checking after her first go at figuring out which game I was talking about. I remembered a red button, and the item was a red ring, but she got the information for me and I did have the game already. Thanks again to all the folks who bring Big Fish Games to me.

Big Fish Games is not only one of the best deals around, your customer service has been top-notch, without exception, for years and years. This letter from you is another example of that. I will return to Big Fish as soon as I can afford to. Right now I have no regular source of income and none in sight. But I will be back. I love games! I wish every company was like Big Fish Games.

I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! I often associate contacting customer service at many companies with being a chore, but this process was so easy. And, I appreciate that a human being looked at my account, dug in a little to find out where the problem occurred, FIXED it, and gave me a refund. But my favorite part? A human being replied to me. In his own words, not from a script or a template. That's huge in my book. Thanks Big Fish Games for getting the customer service approach right, and bravo for making me feel like a valued customer!!
