Boring This HO game would have been fun if they had not made you go from one level to another constantly. Also, in some that I have played there is a map that you can click on the room you need to go to. That would have helped tremendously because the map they furnish is quite confusing. All in all, I will probably uninstall it and call it a lesson learned. October 7, 2012
Disappointing ending This game is very enjoyable overall. I loved the storyline. I loved the haunting voice of the phantom. Seriously, who's the guy with the voice! Super sexy! But anyway, the game was great, there were a lot of HOS, just basic but with good graphics. The map wasn't interactive but it was helpful to show you where you needed to do something. The entire game made me wonder how it would end. I was okay with the still pictures that flickered as the story was narrated by the phantom, but honestly found the ending a disappointment. There was no closure for me. September 19, 2012
Delicious Phantom Fan-Service It's such a cheesy premise: the Phantom kidnapping the daughter of Christine and Raoul who JUST so happens to look EXACTLY like her mother...we've read it a thousand times on the internet. Doesn't stop this game from being a delightful guilty pleasure. The sets are beautiful and while some of the puzzles aren't entirely logical, I can't complain of too much frustration. The ending's as silly as the premise but if you're a fan of silly pro-Phantom things, this is a good game to get. Or better yet, get the Collector's Edition because it might add a little more. Another Winner I stopped playing this game long enough to come add my review. I love, love, love this game. I usually am not too fond of the hidden object sections of games and prefer mini games, but I thoroughly enjoyed even the hidden objects in this game. I tend to turn down the volume but this game has a voice over when some things are found, so that they are helpful to get you where you need to go. There is also a map which is good to find out where you need to go next and if you click the hints mirror it will either tell you if there is nothing to find there or else it will shatter and show you where to go in the scene! The Phantom Of The Opera Without Music This was a really good game. It has great areas to explore. The gameplay was nice except you have to do a lot of back tracking. The hint button helps when it comes to mini games since there is no real explanation. I also like the fact that all you really need is your journal & you can figure out everything. I didn't like the fact that they didn't use more of the music from the original The Phantom Of The Opera. January 15, 2012
Game incomplete This game was fun but there were some drawbacks. The voice of the Phantom repeats randomly throughout, which gets tedious and annoying. You can't turn off the sound because you will miss vital clues if you do. You are provided with a map of the opera house and grounds which has an area on it that can't be accessed by this game. Only after you get to the end do you find out that you will have to buy the collector's edition and play the game all over to reach the final area. The game ends in the middle of the story. It's fantastic! It is really a great game with an excellent story line. The visual/sound quality is so vivid that sometimes it is scary a little. November 24, 2011

Mystery Legends: The Phantom of the Opera I bought this game because I LOVED "Beauty and the Beast." Since they both come from the same group, I expected this one to be a winner. I sure was wrong. The hints and the map are not worth the time you take to use them. If the same person who made "B & the B" would take a look at this, he might be able to turn it into something very good. I know that this one came first, and maybe they were learning when they put it together. I don't know. What I do know is that I have been with Big Fish for many years and have a LOT of games. This is the first one I have ever given this type of review on any product. I wish it were better, but I can't see how anyone could like it. That is, unless they were related to the guys that made it. November 8, 2012
Mystery Legends: The Phantom of the Opera I have been playing these games for a long time now. This one is the most frustrating game I have come upon so far. I only paid $2.99 for it over the Halloween period, but I was expecting a much more put together game and I was all set to buy the sister game of Beauty and the Beast. Not now. It's impossible to find the clues that lets you go further into the game. I took it to the beginning, thinking I missed something, and went thru every screen to the last one that I could get to. There is nothing there. Think twice before buying this one. November 2, 2012
