It's good for what it is!
Kuros is a simple hidden objects game. And it's good at that. The artwork is beautiful, the voice actors are ok. It won't surprise you or play with your mind. If you like hidden objects games that do not take long to finish and are not too hard, Kuros is for you. I think it could also be played by children, it might help their mind a bit.

A Nice Enjoyable Game ...
I Was Having Another Look Through Some Of The Older Games While Waiting For New Releases, And I Came Across This Little Gem ...
An Enjoyable Game, But Some Of The Puzzles Are A Bit Repetitive ...
It Is Worth A Deal Or Voucher ...

Reminds me of my all-time favorite game (seek and ye shall find).
If anyone knows how to read these reviews, you will find what exactly my favorite game is. 'nuf said there.
I really only downloaded and played the free demo because it sounded intriguing and I was soooooooooooooo tired of the drivel that was coming out lately. Boy, was I surprised.
The storyline is about this young girl who finds herself in this amazingly beautiful fantasy work with no idea who she is or how she got there. She has to travel through this world to find the answers.
The game play is MAGNIFICENT. NO hand-holding. No hint button (which freaked me out at first). No strategy guide. A glphstone (probably misspelled) will give somewhat of a task list (find "x" number of 10 map pieces, etc.) so you DO know what to do and how to do it .... look around. I will admit, however, I did go to the walkthrough a few times in the beginning until I got the hang of the game. Once I did, it was full steam ahead!
You really only play in one area (or 2 but mostly 1) to accomplish what needs to be done. The mini games were enjoyable and yes, reviewer who mentioned it, repetitious because THAT'S what you were supposed to do however many times you were supposed to do it. Geez!
And for those reviewers who complained (whiney babies) about no hint button (SPOILED whiney babies), that's the point of the game ----- use your brain for a change!
I love this kind of game and after playing my favorite (seek and ye shall find, I really mean it), I never thought to find another game that would so intrigue me and grab my attention wholeheartedly.
I probably would have hit the "buy" button immediately if I hadn't gone back to read some of the reviews and found out the game looses luster as it goes along and is quite short and ends abruptly. That really disappointed me. I want a game that has some "meat" to it all the way through and builds up to a nail-biting crescendo of an ending that once you get there all you can do is take a deep, deep breath. I got the impression this game won't do that. Too bad.
I do recommend it for intermediate to experts, not beginners because if you're not familiar with this type of game play you'll probably be lost. Also, ONLY for those who WANT to think, play by the rules and not be whiny about all the things the game doesn't have. For those .....

Has the potential to be a good game (fair mix of puzzles), but let down by lack of hint function.

I hated it.
I thought it was insanely simple and SUPER boring.

Don't get the rave reviews...
Really don't understand how this game has got so many rave reviews. Its slow and boring and there are no hint options.
I still can't find the last map piece anywhere between just TWO scenes, so cannot progress in the game past 5 minutes...
