Beautiful but not intuitive
Now I am all hogged out and enjoy games with more puzzles than hide and seek and this one fits the bill. It also has beautiful fairy tale graphics and extremely cute faced individuals to meet. BUT I found it not intuitive with lots of wandering backwards and forwards to complete tasks. Being a bear with little brain I also found myself forgetting here to go back to and there is no map. The puzzles appears repetitive and made me skip quite a few as the feeling of "oh no not again" hit me. It did take me 6.5 hours to complete the game which is a long game for me - however, towards the end I have to admit wanting it to end! Cannot put my finger on it - but it just didn't ignite my enthusiasm but having said that, it is extremely visually pleasing. Whether to recommend or not is a difficult one - if you love fairy tales and beauty in graphics you may love it - if you find hitting the hint or skip button due to not knowing what to do annoying - then you may not! Recommending due to the graphics.

Lovely
Loved this game. The length was good, beautiful visuals, interesting plot, and nothing dark or spooky. While I do enjoy dark games, it's nice to have a change of pace. I would like to see more games in the future with pretty, serene environments such as these. The puzzles were fun, varied and challenging, but not frustrating.

princess sophia goes back to nature
in this second installment in the "awakening" series, you are princess sophia, and you have escaped your "beautiful cage" -- the castle. you have entered Moonfell Wood to search for the fairy queen who can help you find your lost people (um, humans). you are accompanied by the fairy, mira (your hint button), and also by a "pocket dragon", which basically is a living, breathing candle lighter and beard burner (Hagrid would be so pleased).
graphics: stunning. the hidden object scenes are beautifully rendered but not especially challenging for those of us who love this sort of game. (note: there is a frequent-click penalty in the hidden object scenes.) if you love graphics, you will like to know that one of the game developers really likes water graphics and obviously works hard to create them because the pond, for example, is simply superb. no, i mean SUPERB, as in, the best i've EVER seen ANYWHERE. this game has more mini-games and puzzles than hidden objects scenes .. games such as matching items, re-assembing broken objects and sequence recall stuff. these mini-games and puzzles are varied and pleasantly challenging without making you rip your hair out in frustration.
soundtrack: voiceovers were nice, and the music was quite enjoyable.
storyline: consistent throughout the game, and well-supported by the hidden object scenes and mini-games.
weather report: nighttime (at least in demo), but a clear and cloudless night since i could see the moon.
my interaction: one hour demo, "normal" mode. i plan to purchase this game in my next big game-buying spree. (eek, i hope there's a really big sale soon!)
my biggest challenge: deciding which version to purchase: SE or CE?
in summary: this is a fun and lighthearted puzzle and hidden object adventure story with lovely music and superb graphics. 4.5 thumbs up!

FABULOUS!
It was beautifully colorful for my daughter to enjoy, yet tough enough to figure out for me to enjoy :)

Really Fun Game
Really enjoyed this game! Oodles of puzzles, which were all fun and pretty good length too, it took me 6 hours to finish. The story was interesting and especially impressed with all the unique puzzles, overall this was a blast to play!

Puzzles with more puzzles
Great game -- nice graphics with a good story-line. Lot more puzzles than hidden objects. Most are not too difficult but there are lots to keep you occupied for quite awhile.

Great game
I got this game just by the reviews. I normally don't go off of reviews when picking games, but this time I did. Trust me when I say, it was a great move!
The storyline was really good. I enjoyed the make believe world that was created. The coloring was bright and cheerful. The cutscenes were also great. It was entertaining and easy to follow.
The puzzles were all fairly easy. I only had to use my hint once. That was because I couldn't see a lizard. The hidden objects were fairly easy to see.
This was by no means a challenging game, but it was fun. I will one day replay this game again.

AWESOME
I LOVE the whole series 1 2 and 3. I myself like the bright cheery the story kept me up until I finished it.

A Work of Art
After playing numerous HO games with dark, and somber story lines, it was refreshing to play a game that was bright and lighthearted. It had fun puzzles that weren't maddening, and the visuals were absolutely gorgeous. It even had periodic narrations whenever you complete certain segments of the story. Everything played out like a children's fairy tale. Highly recommended.

If you only want to buy one game, this is it.
This was a game I really enjoyed. The story line was pretty good and the graphics were very good. The cut scenes were well done and made the game better, rather than simply acting as interruptions. I?m normally not a puzzle fan, but the puzzles in this game were mostly worth doing, rather than skipping. I don?t say that often or lightly. I think I only skipped three puzzles as not being worth the effort, those that were to be solved more by rote than by intellect. I did need the walkthrough near the end, but probably mainly due to fatigue. I played too long at one time. This was a rather upbeat game rather than a dark mystery. Therefore the HOS were usually fairly bright.
If I were to only recommend one recent game, this would be it.
