Entertaining Well writen story, locations with variations November 20, 2011
My Kind of Game This is my kind of game. A straight HO game without all the go here, collect this, unlock that in order to find something that might lead you to the HO part. A bit too much dialogue, but all in all a relaxing HOG. January 25, 2013
Another For The DD List BASED ON COMPLETED DEMO Story: People are disappearing from the slums of an Indian city, and now there have been ghost sightings as well. A belly dancer named Saraja goes the Mystery Agency for help, and joins Scott on a dangerous adventure to find an ancient artifact before a gangster boss does! Developer: Cranberry Production Release Date: Mar 2011 Extras: None I knew what to expect with this sequel to Mystery Agency: A Vampire's Kiss, and I was proved right. Similar features across all aspects of the game. Same style of graphics (somewhat improved, photorealism), same puzzles (some of these get a bit repetitious, but never difficult), several types of HOs ? list, fragmented, spot the difference. The game even has a ?signature? puzzle, which I?ve never seen except in this series. I quite enjoyed the music. The story is sketchy, and not really part of the experience. Pop up speaking balloons happen way too often and add little to the game. Still, they?re all that holds the game together. Without it this would be just a list of disconnected HOs and puzzles. Like the first in this series, this game is perfect for HO lovers, so if that?s you, why don?t you ignore the critics and give it a whirl. March 5, 2013
Simply OK If you enjoy simplicity, then you simply must play this! Not a great game, not a bad game. Standard HOG, decent music, art, etc. The puzzles do tend to increase in difficulty however. Gave it 3s across the board... to keep it simple :) August 7, 2013
Storyline and plot have no consistency. This could have been a good game if they would have taken just ONE plot, idea, etc. and focused on that. Instead, conversations are inane and too numerous, HOGs have nothing to do with the "plot" (or one of the sub-plots), for example - Oh no, there's a dog under that junk pile, let's get it out. You never see a dog but you do hear it and a dog has NOTHING to do with ANYTHING. The HOGs are horrible because the items are located in a monochromatic color scheme jumbled with too many items to find your teeny tiny ones. The mini games varied from incredibly easy to difficult. No talking, just voiceovers and cut scenes - and too many of those. This "story" doesn't tell a story at all. It has too many sub-plots and useless plots that I don't think even the devs thought were there. The supposed storyline is weak and doesn't flow or make sense at all. While this is not a buy for me at all, I urge you to try it before you buy it. It may be the longest hour of your life but at least it's free to try. Happy Gaming! July 1, 2014
