Average HOG i played the demo, and decided it was worth the daily deal price of $2.99. I'm not a big HO fan but this will come in handy to pass the time when there's nothing else to do. There is a puzzle (easy) for every 3 HOS and items you find to use to find the crystals. Finding the crystals is the storyline so you can skip the cut scenes. Music and graphics were okay, scenes were a bit dark and objects hard to find at times since they were half hidden. The demo took me into the third chapter so I figure the game would take me close to 4 hours to finish (I peeked at the walkthrough to see the length!) I'd recommend this game only for those HO fans. If you're visually impaired... I am visually impaired and it's hard to find games that have good quality graphics and this one does, however, I have to use the "Hint" a lot and it does not stay on the screen long enough for me to find the object, let alone the highlighted "Hint". I had to stop playing because I cannot find one object! :( September 29, 2012
A little girl's game I bought this because it was offered at a low price if I made a decision within 4 minutes. I wish I hadn't. It is very boring, consisting of scene after scene of hidden objects, interspersed with a few easy puzzles that enable you to collect crystals. It might be OK for kids who are new to HO games but I found it a chore and gave up after half an hour. August 29, 2012
Very Basic I finished in about 90 minutes. Very little in the way of challenging. Glad I paid only 2.99 for it. August 3, 2012
Enjoyable Game This game had lots of HOS, which I like. The mini games were good and fit into the flow of the game. The story line started out a little confusing and disorganized, but smoothed out as you got into the game. The HOS weren't too difficult, but challenging enough to hold my interest. I did not have to go to the walk through, if one is even available, which is a plus for me. The hints were good and relevant. Not a real challenging game, but a nice experience. August 1, 2012
Cute relaxing game This was purchased on sale, ($2.99) so for what I paid I was totally satisfied. It is easy, relaxing, enjoyable, the graphics are good not great, easy to navigate, easy story line. If you expect a challenge, this will not be a game for you. August 1, 2012
Allora and the Broken Portal I only played the demo, and didn't care for it, the game was boring and it seemed like all i was doing was finding hidden objects and putting them back. I would not buy this game, as I like more adventure and plots to a story. July 27, 2012
Not my cup of tea This games has too many HOS games. It's enough to turn one against them. There were times that the items box asked for a certain number of articles and I had to find more or not as many. The direction arrows were very distracting as they would come on and flash and then go away only to come back and flash. The hints didn't give me a chance to find where it was before it faded. There were a few other objections to this game as well, but they were a bit pick. I didn't like the game. July 23, 2012
Beautiful HOG! However, flashing arrows are a deal-breaker for me :o( Lovely hidden-object game! The hand-drawn graphics are just beautiful and different, a welcome change from the usual dark HOG subject matter. Hidden objects were challenging, but not so hard as to leave me frustrated and I love the medieval theme. Finding a modern wrench and coffee pot in a medieval fantasy setting, however, struck me as a little strange. And as another reviewer has stated, the directional arrows, which tend to flash at odd times, are distracting and irritating. That, unfortunately, is a deal-breaker for me. Other than those two things (the only flaws I noted in my trial play), it's a great little HOG and I would still recommend it to anyone to at least try the game and see if you like it. May 27, 2012
Nice Change of Pace The game had neat HOS where you collected inventory items to use in other HOS. The puzzles were extremely easy but this is more of a straight HOG. Interesting graphics and soothing music. Nice Game. December 22, 2011
