Bad game This isn't the worst game I ever played, but it's close. The story is dumb, and the music is enough to drive one crazy - better turn off the sound if you play this one. Some objects are so well hidden as to be invisible, and the hint system is almost useless. The only redeeming feature for me is that I only paid $2.99 for it. February 28, 2012
Not as good as the name sounds. All I can say is that I got very tired of dusting cobwebs. Visual is good. I will not replay. February 28, 2012
Didn't Hold My Interest Game didn't hold my interest in the 1 hour demo to want to purchase it for even 2.99. I really don't like games with no voiceover and a repeating annoying soundtrack. February 28, 2012
Permanent delete. I completed this game, but only to make myself feel better about purchasing it. This has to be one of the worst games I have ever played. Absolutely boring, with an annoying looped soundtrack. Storyline was mediocre at best. The hidden object searches were repetitive, and most had to be uncovered by using the tools the explorer had. It wouldn't have been so bad were you allowed to uncover items all at once, but each item had to be selected separately, with the window for the item closing after each use. Made the process tedious. I normally save my games to play again at a later date, but this one is going to my trash can. December 24, 2014
Not a favourite I wish I hadn"t wasted a credit on this game. Although the graphics, storyline and music were fine I felt like I spent the whole time hammering sweeping and digging ! The game was small too .........I felt like I was playing in a window and that was full screen, The hidden objects were randomly placed and without the walkthrough I would have given up long ago. I play all types of HOG but this one was not to my liking I finished it because I had paid for it but quite frankly I was frustrated with it. April 1, 2012
Hints don't help Hints are not directing you to what you can't find. February 27, 2012
I am so sorry . . . There was a bit of apprehension when I first started this game and noticed there were no difficulty options and only sliders for music and effects volume. The beginning of the game seemed interesting, but you can imagine my dismay when little labels popped up for everything the cursor touched. It wasn't the blurry graphics that got me, but those incredibly irritating little labels. When I hovered the cursor over a bookcase and was told it hid something else, that was it for me. There can be no surprises and no puzzling out a game that tells you what everything is and what you need to do. This wouldn't be worth the price of a daily deal. The only exception would be if the game were purchased for a child, but even then the constantly popping-up labels would be a put off. I lasted four minutes with this one; got out while the getting was good. April 12, 2012
Awful At first i enjoyed the game, unfortunately that enjoyment didnot disappear Before the hour demo was up. Soon after the demo hour i realized how annoying the main character was and therefore the storyline itself. The ending did nothing to change that feeling either. The HO were ok, and it was a long game by many standards, but the main character got so bad i could barely finish it. Scriptlines and storylines were Horrible for anyone but a child. April 6, 2012
