good game just too much going all over the place Has voice over and good graphics. The HO are not that hard and the hint button works well. Fun game to play. Just get tired to going all over the place. Maybe CE is better than SE May 1, 2013
Enjoyable Game This game was so much fun. In most areas of the game you can switch between daylight and darkness, which totally changes the setting. You have to find objects in each setting and figure out where to use them so you can stop the demon. The puzzles were entertaining. The graphics were good. I muted the music, so can't speak to that. You find various clips from your journalist friend that fill in the back story. There are two bonus chapters and both were good and added to the story. I highly recommend this game and am looking forward to playing the next in the series. January 12, 2013
secrets of the dark: temple of night collector's edition I really enjoyed this game. It had not just 1 but 2 bonus games. they were as much fun & as challenging as the game itself. great mini-games as well as hidden object searches. Very mystical atmosphere. Real glad I bought it. Well worth the money. the strategy guide helped me through tough times. the hint button showed me a few things I would have missed. All in all a real good game. February 24, 2013
SotD Temple of Night review I was pleasantly surprised to find this game totally delightful. There is a nice mix of HOS and puzzles and a bit of variety in the HOS format. All of the puzzles yield to patience and logic and I found them of moderate difficulty, fun but never frustrating. The hint system is excellent; there is no recharge for finding the current screen holds nothing to discover, thus avoiding wasted time. The story line is entertaining, graphics are good, and the music, thought repetitive, tends to urge one on to progress. I would definitely try another game in the Secrets of the Dark series. secrets of the dark: temple I hated the game after about 30 min. Could not figure out what to do and the help button was totally useless. I would not recommend this game unless you have lots of time to run around and maybe accidently finding something that helps you. March 26, 2013
SPECTACULAR CONCEPT in GRAPHICS I really liked this one on advanced mode and did not feel as it was overly difficult. The puzzles were a bit unique and the HOPs were not overly boring or predictable. I loved the fact of the morphing while in a room. It was a unique idea I hadn't seen before and the change was quick with no hang=ups. I also liked the fact there was lots of interactions. Secrets of the Dark/ Temple of night/ Ecliprs Mountain This game was a waste of time. the people talk and their months didn't even move, what the ????. You had to go to a room then you pulled the Blinds down to change the room and then you have to pull them back up to get the room back. this went on and on and on. I was sick to death if I went into a new room. who ever thought that is was brilliant need to get their eyes checked and now. okay guys you have to do better, like the game Shadow wolf mysteries/ Curse of the Full moon and Bane of the family. these games were out of this world.
