DEJA VU ALL OVER AGAIN As Yogi Bera (?) would say. This is another pet peeve game of mine. This one could have used a map. Too much back and forth and illogical sequences that made referring to the strategy guide (which wasn't built into the SE version of the game) too numerous. This took all the fun out of the game. Not sure if I'll play any of the others in this series. January 1, 2013
It's good but not great i liked the story line but parts of the game was annoying. i couldn't make the logical connection on what to do next. the hint button didn't point me the right way. graphics are better than the game play. the sequel, if there is one, can improve on logic and graphics. Just ok! Want to start by saying how annoying the music was! turned it off after 5 minutes, just didn't match the storyline. The game itself was ok but to be honest after 2 hours of playing the same thing over and over i got a bit bored and couldn't wait for the end. April 30, 2012
Just so-so This game has been around some time but I just had the time to play it. I realized that this game only has 3 chapters and each chapter is really long, esp. ch. 1 and 3. I like the idea of having turn the light and dark, which means more place to explore and see, but this becoming a hassle way in the game, because that's what exactly we should do: change the light, turn off the light and basically your area of exploring are just the hotel, the hospital, the police station and the museum. Going back and forth between these places are a big troublesome when you just need one item and you have to change light, back out more than 6 times each to go back another 6 times and without any map. I am getting frustrated and want to finish the game soon. The evil monsters are okay, but they don't speak (no voice overs) so it is not very scary. The sound and graphic are fine. My only concern is just the backtracking. they are way too much. The setting to be in kind of ancient Maya is cool but sorry, it is just not enough to save this game from my frustration. June 5, 2013
Adventure Game It's actually more adventure than hidden object game and I found some of the puzzles rather challenging (totally liked them!). The graphics are superbe. I loved the day&night mode and all of the animations during scenes when the player puts some things from the inventory back to their places. However it's a little too short. We only visit five buildings over and over again. Though voice-acting is all right, music.. complete disaster. I just couldn't feel the shiver with idyllic music like this so I turn it off to enjoy the game full of puzzles and ancient mysteries. August 29, 2012
Not for me. Boring and confusing. Back and forth, back and forth. Hint didn?t help with direction. The graphics were good. September 1, 2013
