Wonderful. Once again, Awakening does not disappoint. The graphics and storyline are beautiful. While the puzzles weren't overly challenging, they weren't particularly breezy either. All in all, I'd absolutely play it again. January 31, 2012
Entertaining One of the best game ever playing, great story locations and grafic December 17, 2011
very easy and relaxing game Finally a real collector's eddition for this series. I wish they would make another one, but you never know. The game was as expected. The fans of the trilogy will experience improvements from the previous games, but overall is pretty much the same. The story of princess Sophia continues in the goblin kingdom and further. This time the little fairy doesn't come with you, but you have a cute little owl instead, and the dragon from the previous game that helps you set things on fire along the game. The story and gameplay are fun and smooth, exactly like a book. The storyteller has voice over as usual. The only thing that i hoped it would be improved, but it wasn't, was the cutscenes. They are lifeless. Even like this the graphics are beautiful. You have more HOS and a ton of puzzles to enjoy. They were all easy and fun, You had the goblinjong, classic picture puzzles, match 3, untagle and a lot more. The variety was endless. You finally have some bonus gameplay, the epilogue. The extras also include the soundtrack, wallpapers, screensaver and concept art that offers before and after works. It was a lovely game and being so easy it would be a great way to make younger children get familiar to the way hidden object games work and give them some brainy challenges. They will love it. Awakening's First Collectors Edition! This is the third game in the Awakening series and the first one available in a Collectors Edition. This upgraded version has extra features such as Concept Art, Wallpapers, Cut Scenes, Soundtracks and the CE most notorious feature, Strategy Guide, but you have to access this feature through the menu button. Sophia awoke from a 100 year slumber in The Dreamless Castle, she traveled to Moonfell Wood trying to find her people because mankind is nowhere to be found. It is there that she meets a witch who explains that only the Goblin King has the answers she seeks, so here we are in Goblin Kingdom! Our Pocket Dragon is still with us lighting fires and melting ice and getting his belly full of mossflowers, sooner or later we are going to have to give him a name! Mira the fairy has been replaced by Randolf, A.K.A Ran, who is perched upon our shoulder to help us find items or tell us which way to travel next. There still aren't any voiceovers, so you will have to do a lot of dialog reading. As with all of the Awakening games there aren't too many hidden object scenes but there are a ton of puzzles and mini games including Tangram which are different triangular shapes that you need to rotate and place into different larger shapes. There are puzzles which require you to fit several different shaped pieces together, Match 3 games, Spot the Difference and many more fun and enjoyable games so add this game to your to do list and enjoy the game. Enchanting fairy tale in fantasy land! Loads of fun! I bought the CE and I'm at the epilogue of this game and I must write that this game is cute, yes, with its goblins and lil animals here n' there, pocket dragon and the hint owl, which I didn't really need, but there is a journal and you have goals to reach. No map, a myriad of puzzles and things to do and actually there were more minigames than HOS but that was fine by me. You really get your money's worth in this game. The artwork was beautiful, cartoonish-like, but lovely, nonetheless. The narration by the princess was wonderful, and the rest of the communication was via text. As much as I love VOS, sometimes, they're long and drawn-out or overacted at times. A well-developed, extremely clever game. I recommend it. August 25, 2013
memorable for me! Just two words, LOVE IT!!! I really enjoy this game from beginning 'til the end. Also all of this series is one of my favorite games I ever played! Thank you Boomzap for making this beautiful yet amazing game! I adore your gorgeus graphics. Good job, dev. April 18, 2013
A highly recommended part of the series... This is a great game, and will surely keep you entertained. The puzzles are fairly easy, and when you finish, you will want to play the rest of the series of awakening as I did. March 24, 2013
The Very Best Of The Awakening Games So far the very best of the Awakening games in more ways than one I found. Play to find out why... January 3, 2013
The Little Girl in Me Just LOVES the Awakening Games! Playing any game on the hardest mode seems to me, a given... after all being challenged is important. On that note...some of the mini games got a bit repetitious, but the memory of places and objects was a challenge. And its such a fun game, I have to give the minis a pass in that area! BEAUTIFUL GAME In this age of HOGs, this game just stands out. Graphics are beautiful, puzzles are well thought out and interesting, game is a decent length. I felt satisfied after playing this one, it's one out of the box. June 4, 2012
