Almost as much fun as Fairway Collectors Edition Be sure to read the "newspaper". This game is so funny! I have been playing pc games for years. I also have been playing cards since I was hold enough to hold them in my hands. Remember "Go Fish" and "Old Maid"? I have been searching for a good solitaire game for awhile. I haven't finished this game yet. I was just too excited to wait until I finish it. I highly recommend this game! May 23, 2014
way too long This game is very enjoyable but after awhile it's a little boring. Sure would like to know if this ever ends. Been playing for days. Does it end? December 8, 2013
A good Solitaire Game What I liked about this game is that it seems to be designed to be "winnable." It seemed to me that if the player took the right options, then the cards would "fall well." It might take a couple of tries to work out the correct strategy .... but I found that there was a method involved in playing the game and it wasn't completely based on random luck. (you would need the "bullets" though to solve the final crimes). I found the "crimes" pretty amusing. It's pure solitaire only, so don't expect anything else. October 20, 2014
Bland sort of game Card games are not my genre but tried this one; it started off as a fun up & down solitaire because of the silliness of some of the crimes. The music is very tedious; you will do better to turn on your own. There was an option of normal or hard mode & tried both but could not tell the difference. In addition to earning the power-ups as you increase in rank & cash to buy warrants; if you turn over a number of cards (random) you will light up the wheel of misfortune. Spinning this gives you extra cards or takes away some of your cash, etc. I didn't have any problem assigning clues to suspects & the crimes were very easily solved; you won't wear out your brain trying to work out whodunit. As you finish each game of solitaire you have the option to continue back to the map for a new location or replaying the level to get a perfect score. I chose to replay each time and it never took more than 4 or 5 replays to get perfect. All in all it was easy to play but after the first few hours I got bored, the crimes became repetitious & earning extra ranks did not seem to make the game any harder to play. I will recommend though for those who like their card games to be relatively easy to while away the time. January 14, 2012
crime solitaire game is ok. best solitaire game out there is Fairway Golf collectors editions. played it 3 times and on #4. game play can be very tough, the goffer and the comentary are hilarious. told a few people about this game and they all bought it!!! lots of fun July 30, 2012
Sorry but very boring I played probably less than half an hour but I was bored to bits. I don't know if later levels have more advanced solitaire games but the first one is ho-hum. And there's apparently no "searching" for clues. I didn't try the advanced play, but others here have already noted there's little difference so I quit. March 14, 2013
