Fantastic!! Challenging! But not too much. It's great value there's hours and hours worth of immersive atmospheric gameplay and I cannot get the music score out of my head it's amazing. If you love gothic themes as much as I do this one has plenty to satisfy. December 1, 2011
Beautiful artwork - spooky story As ever ERS have produced a game with stunning graphics & artwork; their work is never less than beautiful. This is the usual tale of kidnapped children & ghosts who cannot rest until they are rescued, this time from an evil warlock. There are voiceovers which were ok but rather slowwwwww for me; however I would hate to see the game without. The music & the background noises were perfect, very spooky. The hidden object scenes have interactive items; always a plus & the mini puzzles just need some thought although there is a skip button if you get impatient. The hint button recharges in one minute for both easy & hard mode. There are sparkles for H0 scenes & objects of interest for the casual mode but only the H0 scenes are indicated in the other; developers please note that it would be really good to have NO sparkles at all in the harder mode. You get a notebook which covers the story so far & has the usual clues that you find during play for use in later scenes. There is no map so you will need to move back & forth to find items required to open doors, locks, etc. Given the subject matter some people might find some of the scenes disturbing. Great game I played the trial and wanted more so bought the game. It is a thriller with some easy areas but others that keep you thinking outside the box. Just the kind of game to get you hooked and wanting to know what comes next. The graphics are excellent. Clear and interesting scenes and just the right number of HOS so that it is not constant but at the same time they are put in when you need them. The HOS are interactive with certain items needing to be activated to get results. BF you've done it again. I have the other Redemtion Cemetery game, but this one tops it. Keep them coming. I highly recommend this game for all you thrill seekers. December 3, 2011
Another brilliant one! Have to say this is one of the most creepy games I've played to date, wonderful hidden object scenes which were interactive and fantastic graphics! loved the storyline...i played the first Redemption Cemetery on my iPad and it was my favourite of all time but this wasn't as good i feel...my only gripe is the slight irritation of the menu bar popping up every time i tried to get something from my inventory, but that is just a slight irritation. Overall a fabulous, if ceepy game . February 19, 2012
I have seen much better than this Personally, I got bored after a while. I have played quite a few of these games and can play on advance mode starting recently. I played the SE (good thing I didn't buy the CE). The hint is useless (doesn't tell you or hint what you can do next), the notebook is also useless (it only records what you have done and brief). The cursor to go places is not quite right, what I really didn't like was having to go from places to places and having to back out twice instead of being able to go directly left or right, so when you have to go ping-ponging from one place to another right next door in the same area, you get a bit frustrated with having to click so much. Although sound and graphics were ok, the characters and what they say were cheesy. On the whole, the game didn't spook me nor motivate me. HO were too easy and so for the puzzles. Really wasn't very enjoyable. April 21, 2012
Not so great sequel I purchased the first Redemption Cemetery and thought it very good. I was disappointed with this one. The game was just to easy and too short. I finished this in less than 3 hours. Not worth the money. December 31, 2011
Really good sequel Loved the first one, but HOS were tiny. This game corrected that problem for the most part, and added interactive objects. Defeat the warlock and save the children. Great graphics and special effects with lots of cool, eerie noises. VOS good. Loved the one liners, like: "rarely do I meet a door that isn't locked". Good length, took me over 5 hours on casual mode. May 12, 2012
Kind of short, but the other is ok I like this type of story, rescuing wandering spirits to seal the evil. The graphic is not something pursuing to be realistic as much as possible but paint-like, and I like it. But the length is too short, I felt. There are only 3 chapters and each is very easy. I could go with no hint and no skip at all. Redempthion Cemetary is a series game and this is the first one, but I didn't find any tip of sequence to the next game story. So this game is not a must-play to enjoy this series. Overall, it is OK game. December 16, 2012
Redemption Cemetery: Children's Plight You need to save three children which was similar to playing three shorter games in one. Each rescue was in a different environment and it made all three locations interesting. The hint button is a little slow but you are not penalized for clicking on the HO's because some are very hard to see without the hint. I feel like it is worth adding to your collection--a good game. Redemption Cemetery: Children's Plight Graphics and music both give an otherworldly atmosphere to the game. Storyline is excellent and flows logically throughout, with closure at the end. There are three children to rescue from an evil warlock. Each has a separate area to explore, so there isn't an excessive amount of backtracking to acquire/use inventory items. Hidden object scenes are interspersed throughout the game, and objects are clearly visible although not always easy to find. Puzzles are moderately difficult with a wide variety of challenges. Total game time was around four hours. October 31, 2012
