Old fashioned but still very enjoyable and entertaining !
Sonya, a gorgeous girl, needs your help to save her sister, Lilly from the "bad guys"!
Beautiful graphics, very good sound, proper ambiance.
Several HOS, some of listed objects, others images of pieces of objects. Not challenging.
Many mini games, well known but very well done and really pleasing.
Hint helps a lot, explains the next step.
Many locations to explore.
A game for relaxing and have fun.

lower than average SE hidden object puzzle adventure
I did not enjoy this game.
From the first 5 mins I didn't like it. Stupidly I bought it without trying it, as it had been a CE so thought it would be OK.
The graphics were not to my taste and the style of graphics seem to change from gameplay to some cutscenes. Then the cutscenes were trying to be a comic strip, with split scenes but just didn't gel with the rest of the game and wasn't well done. The story/plot was all over the place.
The first hour was so boring, it did get a bit better as it went along, but by then I had given up. I am used to backtracking but there was no logic to it and was scattered all over the place.
There were some nice puzzles, nothing unique and while not hard, was a bit harder than a lot of IHOGs. Pipe puzzles I usually can do in less than a minute but this one took a bit longer which was good. But found the star gazing one (the 2nd one) just tedious like a couple of others.
There were some nice areas, the tree house with different rooms in it was about the only enjoyable part of the game for me, Maybe because there wasn't all that backtracking.
If you need to spend your punchcard on something and they are about to expire, then do look at this. But if you are on a budget and you don't buy every SE that is released, then pass this one over as there are plenty of better HOPAs (hidden object puzzle adventure) games.
This is on the lower than average of SE games. While not a terrible or bad game (being objective) it blends into all the other IHOG games, and will not stand out as one of the better ones.
A D+ game for me. With C being an average game.

I liked this game!
I thought there were to many puzzles and the HOs were to easy
but all and all it was an entertaining game.
I liked the graphics and the story line.
Not challenging but a fun game.
I would recommend this game.

Not the most exciting.
I thought the graphics were better than usual, especially in most of the HO scenes. The story line, however, I found to be somewhat dull because you could almost predict what was coming up next. If I had a complaint, it would be the ending. To say the least it was BLAH. On the overall though, I enjoyed the game enough to rate it as above the average. I think most players would enjoy it.

Fun, relaxing game
Only played the demo to see if anything was different than the CE version. Finished 20 min.s.
Likes:
Stretch Screen option - Don't have to change my resolution.
Achievements - Can see at start of game.
Graphics, sounds, story - All very good. Bright, clear with beautiful scenes.
HOS's, mini games - Not to challenging but fun.
You may not like how slow the hint button is to recharge but it is helpful if needed.
So find the orbs, solve the puzzles, save your sister and save the day. I'm glad I bought the CE version. It was fun and you get to finish the story. Well worth it.

Not too challenging
A Hidden Object game from SpecialBit Studios; the graphics are not as crisp as they could be although I really like the artwork; the H0 scenes layout makes it easy to find the objects. Some of the scenes are Fragmented Objects rather than word lists so there is a little variety. The mini games during the demo were easy enough, some the usual pipes, sliders, etc. & a few that I haven?t played before.
You have 24 achievements to earn through the game, some are on the lines of watching all the cut scenes, this is a problem as for some reason they are in cartoon graphics unlike the prettiness of the rest of the game & they take you out of the game mentally.
There is a voiceover in the prologue but once into the game there is only dialogue occasionally; the music is excellent & there are some lovely background sounds but the game seems very quiet, like playing in a hushed library.
The hints recharge in 90 seconds which is a long time but there are clues as to what to do next in the journal &, after the first room, a task list.
There is a lot of backtracking & no map so you will need extra sneakers for this one, there is only one mode of play but at least the sparkles are subtle.
All in all this is no convoluted interactive H0; it is a straightforward H0 with pretty scenes & a definite buy for me, I don?t always want a challenging game.

Kept me hooked until the end
I've had a bit of trouble finding a decent game recently but this one I played from start to finish and found it a great challenge without being overly tasking. A nice enjoyable game with lots of variety with regard to mini-games and HO's.

Fun IHOG/HOG
Overall I really like this game. I played 6 hrs. according to play clock. IMO, there really wasn't a storyline...sister gets kidnapped by some thing, you have to save her...pretty basic, but there was so much to do, I didn't really care. Graphics, while grainy in some scenes, were nicely done. IHOG/HOG were not junk piles, mini-games fairly simple, but enjoyable. The game started slow, but got better. Cut scenes are cartoonish, but you can skip. There's no map, but there aren't many places to go. You will need your sneakers cause there is some back tracking. Hint system is helpful and refills quickly.

A lot more than I expected and so different in many ways.

A nice game, but with too many HOS
I played this game after having played The Land Inbetween, which disappointed me by being much too short for a decent game (3 hrs of gameplay). So, I had some misgivings about this game, but the overall reviews seemed to be good enough to give it a try.
First, I really do like the graphics... I love these beautiful comic strip drawings for the cutscenes and the graphics of the game are nicely coloured, crisp and full of detail.
Second, the length of the game is decent... double the time you can spend with The Land Inbetween.
Third, the level of challenge is not high. There are a lot of HOS and they are repeated - something I dislike very much. On the other hand, the HOS aren't difficult at all and I kind of like the interactive object scenes. Puzzles are few and not very challenging.
There is no map, but you don't really need one... the hint button is quite effective; whenever you are stuck, it will set you back on track.
Notebook and task button help you to keep track of the game.
All in all, I don't regret having played this one. I think it's decent enough to give value for your money.
