Good Game! Interesting scenery and lots of places to explore. The game was long as far as pc games go. The music was good and went well with the theme. The games where intermediate with a few easy ones. There was a lot of going back and forth that gets annoying when there is too much, but the game was fun. June 15, 2013
Fun Hidden Object Adventure Game I really enjoyed this game, but sadly the ending spoiled it for me. The ending is quite abrupt, again it is a case of a developer using the deplorable practice of using the bonus chapter in the CE to complete the game story. However, the game overall is fun to play, it has a nice mix of puzzles, varying in complexity, some of them quite challenging, some easy. The different scenes were varied & visually quite beautiful, & the story up to the end, was interesting & engaging. The abrupt ending was why I deducted 2 stars, I cannot condone the practice of using the CE bonus to complete the story, bonus means extra NOT completion. January 31, 2012
Barely OK The production of this game is barely OK. Poor artwork. Poor character representations. Some technical problems where the game quits working. Game play is mostly OK, with some dumb items that have to be collected with a ball and hourglass, and these are spread around. Some items needed are in plain sight, but you can't pick them up until later - dumb. HOS are, again, mostly OK as are the puzzles. The story is poor and poorly told. I don't recommmend this game unless at a bargain price. September 16, 2012
too many hos for me, but hey ho game ok, and its based on playing the full game. full screen, is not a full screen on mine, they could make the effort to make their graphics fill the screen, why else would they have a full screen option in the 1st place. those who like lots of hos scenes then your in luck, i personally prefer puzzles or none at all, but they cater for all tastes, so i cant expect the minority to get what they wish. i recommend it, because i'm thinking of the majority rather than myself, a lot of twoing and froing , but its ok. didnt grip me like some games February 4, 2014
Timeless: The forgotten Town I just did not care for the game March 25, 2012
Too Many Poorly Drawn Hidden Object Scenes I'm not sure why this game got such rave reviews, but I couldn't force myself to finish the 60 minute trial period. The storyline seemed intriguing, but it gets lost in all the hidden object scenes. There's one everytime you turn around. And a lot of the objects are not well drawn, which made it doubly frustrating for me. Another downer was the fact that you cannot skip the puzzles -- you have to suffer through them or consult a walkthrough. Sorry, but if "lock-picking" puzzles are not my favorite, I should have the option of skipping them. And the fact that most of the reviewers here complained about the lousy ending, was the final reason I quit playing. There's nothing worse than getting all involved in a story and investing hours of gameplay, only to find the ending abrupt or ill-fitting. I don't recommend this game unless all you care about is the hidden object aspect. September 15, 2012
hate having to wait....... to pick up objects!!! backtracking to pick up an object until i find i need to use it....... no, not for me. there's no reason i shouldn't be able to pick it up when i find it! that really gets on my nerves. just saying. April 10, 2013
