Great way to spend an afternoon
The artwork in this game is fantastic and the HO scenes clear enough that they didn't cause me any eyestrain. I enjoyed the storyline and following that strange little jester suited guy around the amusement park.
It took me all afternoon to complete the game (sorry I'm not sure how many hours) and the bonus content was a great size.
There is alot of "toing an froing" but I expect that in HOG/Adventure games.
My only complaint is the music. It is so repetitive that I had to turn it off after about 10 minutes.
I felt the game was worth the CE price, but for those that don't want to purchase the CE I think you will be very happy with the SE.
Happy gaming

Weird park,it is weird
From the moment I started to play it got me, I know after about five minutes if I am going to like a game. It gives you food for thought, I am not going to give examples as it could spoil the game for others as it is a new game, but it does hold you and you are always looking for the next scare. The graphics are great no wooden movements here. The fairground items are great. When I started to play for the free hour I did not want it to end, so I had to buy it straight away so I could carry on playing. The only concern for me is that it was not long enough, but overall it is a brill game and I would recommend it to everyone.

Weird park? Definitely Not Fun Park.
Being a Collector's Edition this Crime/Fantasy game has a Strategy Guide and Bonus Chapter in the Main Menu. Enough has already been said about the format of those, and the Basic options. It has the 'punishment' factor for overclicking - which I dislike and find insulting. And, as already expressed by others, an almost useless Hint button/monkey.
Set at night, the colourful, imaginative Graphics are dark and gloomy, and look fuzzy from the start of play - the Eyestrain Factor. This is a shame, as the story is interesting and integrated within the actual game, and not just poked in between levels. It is one ongoing game which is also enjoyable, with locations that encompass several different areas of interest.
You obviously have sparkling Hidden Object sites to search, plus you have to find fragments of HOs and individual items to use around the main sites. Once again The fuzzy graphics, and the blending in of some of the HOs, makes this less enjoyable - and is I believe unfair to players, who are possible purchasers.
The game-play entails the usual going back and forth which can either drive you crazy or you can enjoy depending upon how tired you are. lol
WEIRD PARK is promising, but its overall impression is a little disappointing, and of course frustrating - you have to work for it. I'm still debating whether to purchase it.

Best game of the year
I play hundreds of hidden object games and this ranks as one of the best ever. Great graphics pull you into the game. Music and ambient sounds compliment the graphics perfectly.
The pace of the game is compelling; the puzzles are challenging; and just when you think you've solved the game you haven't. There's a lot more to do. I was truly sorry when the game did end. But then there was the bonus chapter as one last delightful encore.

Collector's Edition games are my favourite
Dear Big Fish Team!
Thank you very much for developing and presenting such interesting and challenging games.
As the English language is not my native tongue, it is really a challenge for me to play. Such games help me to enrich my vocabulary and to learn more new English words.
Weird Park is an extremely interesting game to play. It was really a problem for me to quit it until I get to the end. The story, graphics and sound are great.
Thank you very much

I LOVED THIS GAME!!!
I had so much fun playing this game...and the surprise was that just when I thought I had solved the mystery, a whole new world opened up and it was like playing a whole new game again. Way to go with this game..it will not disappoint!

Fascinating Graphics/Lots to Do!
Really enjoyed this game from the get-go. Lots of fun graphics; great renderings. There's lots to do in this game, and the Bonus Chapter is amazingly long. Well worth the extra $. My only beef: the Bonus Chapter ended with a "huh?" moment for me. I wasn't really sure it the game actually ended, or if that meant there would be more to come at some later date.

Adventure /hidden object
I enjoyed everything about this game. The story, the graphics, the unusual scenes and the length. Just a great quality game.
I am also glad I bought the Collectors's Edition as I did need the SG. Also the bonus section was one of the best I have played.
Thanks developers

Best use of 3D I've seen in a casual game
The first part of the game takes place in an abandoned amusement park and the second part takes place in a twisted dreamworld--two of my favourite settings!
The artwork is really beautiful and there was a lot of great character 3D animation and short animated scenes. Using 3D usually means lower resolution textures that don't look as good, but they struck a good balance in this game of integrating the 3D models into each scene so that they didn't have that unnatural shiny look you get sometimes.
There were some really creative visuals used in the dream world. I especially liked the beehive that was surrounded by paper cut outs of bees drawn with coloured pencils suspended from the sky by strings. The clocks that looked like they were melting were also great.
The hidden object scenes and puzzles were on the easy side (although they looked gorgeous). I almost took a star away for this reason, but they were fun despite being easy so I decided against it. This is also a more linear game than most iHOGs. You have only 3-4 possible actions (e.g. doing a puzzle or using an inventory item) you can take at any given time, compared to about 10-15 in most other recent iHOGs.
I was concerned at first about game length because I was collecting pieces of the broken record very quickly. It turns out that was only half the game, though, and the game length was good. The bonus content was also of good length and set entirely in the dream world (which I really enjoyed) and it made it worth it for me to get the CE.

Great Game!
This was a nice change from all the dark games that we've been seeing. Lots of humor, diverse game play, great puzzles, interesting storyline... in my opinion, it's a "must have"!
