Fun as the first! This is the second Haunted Halls and just as good as the first! I like having small goals within the larger game goal, to finish. As you find kids one by one you get to run around to play games, mind twisters, and hidden object scenes. My fav's are MCF Ravenhurst, Drawn, Dream Chronicles, Syberia And Snark Busters: this might help you see what type of games I like and if you like the same type you may have fun with this one. Have a blast!!!! November 12, 2011
I say, lovely in that creepy way. Me and my wife are great fans of Hidden Object Adventure games and we always play them together. Here's what we thought about this one... Let's make it simple, I give you... the Good and the Bad and the Conclusion: + The imaginative ideas and the visuals + Sounds and music (actual voice acting always makes it a bit deeper experience) + The strange paranormal creepiness + Length of the game + Without spoiling too much, certain toyish part of the game. + Hidden Object parts have those interactive methods of finding the listed items - Only 1-2 hard puzzles in my opinion - Dissapointing and too obvious ending - Sorta easy... but this is very personal thing in the end THE CONCLUSION We both loved the whole atmosphere and the interactive payoff with the puzzles. We were all jittery about what will happen after completing this and that task. Truly holds you in like the good Big Fish games do. Sometimes the voice acting is waaaay amateurish, but this one mainly had the children doing the talking and it did work! The journey was thrilling, but the ending lacked the joy. I still recommend it though and we will have to pick up the first part of the serie, since we kinda... did this whole thing backwards. ^^ November 22, 2011
ERS games are great We enjoyed playing this game, as well as it's predecessor Green Hills Asylum. The graphics are beautiful, and the story line is touching, but very dark. Game play is challenging, and you feel a real sense of satisfaction when you "save" the kids from the sadistic protagonist. We recommend all the ERS games. November 14, 2011
A Fun Hidden Object/Adventure Game with Purpose As with previous Haunted Halls games, the graphics are stunning and somewhat disturbing at times, which, in my opinion is a plus. The story line provides a sense of purpose and achievement as one progresses through the various chapters. I enjoyed the puzzles, some of which were quite intriguing, even funny. I would definitely recommend this game to lovers of hidden objects and adventure. November 15, 2011
Not very challenging Having just finished the game I have to say I was disappointed; this is the sequel to Green Hills Sanitorium but it fell rather short of the first one. I was pleased to see the tentacles were back; they were scary, I think it?s the way they slither about . As ever the artwork was as lovely as we expect from ERS but the game was not very challenging. There are 6 levels & each is in a different environment, some great imaginative stories but they were all pretty easy in terms of Hidden Object scenes (which have interactive items) & mini games. In regular mode there are sparkles & in expert sparkles for the H0 scenes only; the hint recharges at 60 seconds for both. There is a misclick penalty which in easy mode is very hard to trigger. I enjoyed playing but don't expect to have to think a lot in this game but it's a way of wasting a couple of hours on a dull day. November 27, 2011
excellent hidden object game I enjoyed playing this game, because it always makes you wonder what happens next. the game is very long, and you may get stuck, but that's the fun part ( wondering how to complete the mini games and the fun finding things parts) I especially liked the sound effects because their trigged when you do something . Loved it just as much as the first! Both of the Haunted Halls games have excellent atmosphere and storytelling, with twists on common fears creating a spooky and irresistible setting. This installment deals with the creepy aspects of fairy tales, which caught my attention immediately. The quality of the audio and visuals is excellent and, unlike most hidden object games where I will play them over a week or two, I sat down one Saturday and followed this one all the way through. A definite recommendation! November 15, 2011

great hidden object game i really liked this game. graphics were great. easy story to follow. i found myself trying to hurry up so i could get to the next scene. loved it........ November 14, 2011
Visually impressive game Fears from Childhood is a smashing follow-up to Green Hills Sanitarium and a great way to spend an evening. If Fears From Childhood disappoints at all, in fact, it's the fact that the gameplay is both mildly repetitive and predictable. It's not uncommon to have to repeat a hidden-object scene twice in around five minutes, and most puzzle solving is fairly predictable. November 16, 2011
