The Keepers: Lost Progeny Collector's Edition 4.4 5 140 140
The Keepers: Lost Progency Another good game to add to my collection. THE GAME My favourite genre; spooky horror. The storyline was good and a bit scary in some places. Big Fish was wise to label this game as unsuitable for younger players. There were some really graphic scenes with blood everywhere and killings. The gameplay was good too; movement round the game was quick and smooth. Some scenes took a few minutes to load between clicking, but that didn't happen too often. Graphics and cut scenes were clear and well produced. The characters lips didn't move with the voiceover words, but that didn't bother me too much. HOS/PUZZLES: The hidden object scenes were a little easy in my opinion and I often finished the scenes in under a minute. However, there were one or two scenes were I was stumped and couldn't find a particular object for ages! They were also proper HO scenes and not just junk piles which so many games have these days. Puzzles on the other hand were a bit more difficult. Some were simple, but others had me scratching my head a bit. WHAT DO YOU GET? You've got your journal for notes and the hint/skip buttons, as well as instructions to puzzles. There's no map unfortunately which I tend to like in games and no extras to pick up like achievements, etc. There are three modes of play; casual, advanced and hard. I played in advanced which was easier than some advanced modes in games. LENGTH OF GAME: For a CE, the length was ok, but not as long as some I've played. I'm glad I got the CE instead of the SE as it was not overly long, so it was good to have the extra gameplay with the CE. I would recommend this game. June 25, 2012
Pretty good game. Overall this game was quite good- I liked the graphics and the intriguing story, and the 3 different difficulty levels offered. On the downside, many of the HO scenes were overly difficult because the objects were very hard to see. The CE edition gives you 2 bonus levels, which is nice, but I found these levels to be more tedious than fun. November 25, 2011
Excellant game....however................. This is a well put together game, however, I didn't appreciate the demonic theme especially the bonus section. I have no problem with creepy....that just went too far. The aspect that there was two bonuses was pretty cool. November 16, 2011
Fun with everything a game should be I just played the demo and really enjoyed it. My only complaint was that it was not clear how to properly attach a piece on the record player so I wasted time trying to figure that out. Otherwise, 2 thumbs up! January 11, 2012

The Keepers I did the survey on this before it was released, and while I enjoyed the game I expected more from the full version. November 24, 2011
pretty good nice graphics and good story line. November 22, 2011
Dark but very interresting Super graphics and very challenging puzzle. This is a very dark game that can spook you, but the story is very interresting it is very different then other Hidden objet game. It is not a fairy tale. November 22, 2011
entertaining but not outstanding Enjoyed the game, worth the money and you get two bonus plays instead of the usual short, one. November 21, 2011
