Good Game! I liked this game very much, indeed according to me one of these one best Hidden Object game what was done! December 14, 2011
this game is awesome! this game has a good mix of real/fantasy scenes. The cut scenes are awesome and realistic. Graphics and sound are amazing. this game deserves at least one sequel. December 14, 2011
Very good game! The game was very well done, the plot is great also. December 10, 2011
did not like i hated this game i though it was to confusing and the story line didn't make any sense. You also had to back track alot to find things. There was no easy flow December 22, 2011
Started good....then became not so fun The game seemed like it would be a lot of fun at first, but as I continued on it was quite boring. Not to mention the actors were TERRIBLE! I found myself thinking the game was coming to an end several times and when it didn't I was disappointed that I had to continue on to finish the darn thing. January 22, 2012
The Templars are coming after you! You are awakened at night by a Templar breaking your door. Cool! And on that high note the chase begins. You learn who the villain is early on but that's part of the fun. The HOGS need items of your inventory to be completed, so it means tht you cannot finish them until you collect them. Some games are easy, some are tricky. Some beautiful creepy scenes, what with corpses showing up all of a sudden. Alos liked that they knew how to end. Too often a game ends with the last object being put in place, the vilain defeated, and a big cutaway scene. Here the ending is paced. First you disarm the villain. Then you have to figure out how to save his life, Then you have to retunr the prize to its rightful owner... That makes for a nicer ending than most. April 24, 2013
Just Okay I could have liked this game quite a bit more IF it did not have all those HO scenes in it and the story had been more well developed and the game itself were longer some of the mini games were fun some were much too easy and one would not even allow me to place the objects on it so i had to skip it This game is really for HOG fans which i am not one... Not My Taste Everyone's taste is different, so the things that bothered me about this game might be virtues to other players. Things I did like. 1, the game lasted a long time, so you get your money's worth. 2, the game was divided into chapters, so you don't have to search every room in the game to find where the latest HOS just appeared. 3, if you're color blind and have to skip color based puzzles, this one didn't have too many. What I didn't like 1, This game, like many HOGs, has HOSs with compound objects. That is, you have to uncover something or combine two objects to get the one you need. That part is fun. This is the first game I've played where some of the compound objects come from the player's inventory, not the HOS. Not a problem once you figure that out. The problem is that very often, the inventory object you need hasn't been found yet causing you to leave the HOS unfinished. 2, Some of the HOSs were not fair. When I can't find an object, I will use a hint. When I do, I usually realize that I could have found it if I looked harder. Not this game. There were too many HOSs where I used hints to find objects and realized that I wouldn't have found them no matter how hard I looked. 3, Many puzzles were poorly designed. It was impossible to figure out what you needed to do and the instructions were no help. In one case, I had to skip an arithmetic problem because I just couldn't figure out what needed to be done. This is especially frustrating because I work with numbers for a living. There were too many puzzles designed just as badly that I had to skip. 4, In any adventure game you have to accept that the game designer will create solutions that would never occur to you. (The following is NOT a spoiler.) For example, I would never think that you could get the witch out of the belfry by throwing a pineapple at her, but that might be the solution. Once or twice, a solution I would never think of makes the game fun. However, too many and the game gets very tedious very fast. It means that, on every problem, I had to try every inventory object no matter how unlikely it seemed. Bottom line is that the game just wasn't fun. It became too tedious a few hours in and I quit without finishing. First time I ever did that. April 16, 2013
Only one caveat My only real complaint is that they did a poor job of explaining the mini-game rules. I had to skip at least half of them because I couldn't figure out how they were supposed to be played. Oh, and why was I collecting birds anyway? February 15, 2013
a very good game that made you try a little harder i played casual and no sound but the graphics were great. the hint/skip buttons charge fast. the hints tell where to go but not always enough as to what to do. you need to find a slew of "secret doves" as you play. they can be in pictures, drawn somewhere or as part of a scene. they are not hard to overlook if you are concentrating on the game. i went back a few times and found some i didn't see before. there is a journal but no map and you could use it in this game because of the broad area, even if it wouldn't have been interactive.
