Not hooked
Played through the demo in 45 minutes. Will not be purchasing, at least not as a CE.
Overall, this just didn't grab me. Play seemed more about solving a series of puzzles than about being actively involved in a story. A few too many Hidden Object scenes so far; although they're more fun than the usual, they get tiresome fairly quickly.
Lot of good options for different play styles. Great controls/moveability. Puzzles simple but not boring.
Might pick up the standard version when it's available.

Great Game!
I found this game to be an excellent follow-up to the first Hallowed Legends. Interesting storyline, fun action scenes that catch you off guard, lots of locations to discover and the hidden object scenes and puzzles were very challenging, a must for a hardcore gamer like me! I highly recommend this game to all fans of the adventure HOG! :)

Hallowed legends:Templar Collector's Edition
This was fun & Challenging. It was challenging enough to keep my interest. I liked the story and the graphics. I bought the game and would recommend it to anyone who likes a challenging hidden object game. The game had a different twist to it, because in one hidden object scene you actually had to use an item out of your inventory.

Boring, with a capital "B"
This game does have a few unusual twists in locating the hidden object puzzles, however, not enough to keep the game interesting. The player has to move back and forth from scene to another scene(the same two scenes) far too many times in order to complete one objective. This does not make for an interesting game but, (in the game developers mind) makes the game last longer, thereby justifying the cost.

A really good game.
Had a lot of enjoyment with this game. Was difficult enough to be frustrating at times, especially if you left the hint button alone. The puzzles were different from the usual ones in this sort of game and satisfying when solved.
Might even go through the whole game again!!

not bad just not great
Better than some of there other ones but still not great. Elephant used to put out great ones. No voice over and the graphics are ok. Music is average but get tiring soon. The HOS are good and some are challenging to find them all. Morphine's to find but are easy, real easy. Lots of going all over the place to find things you do not need for awhile. That is the trouble. Too many things to find to keep a good flow going.

This one is better than its predecessor!
I purchased both Hallowed Legends games and this one blew me away. It is totally different in many ways from Samhain.
Not only were the graphics visually pleasing, the cut scenes told the story well and used real people. Even when they were still, they didn't quite revert to computerized images. The soundtrack was equally superb.
The HOS scenes weren't too difficult and the puzzles were challenging enough. However, there is one puzzle that has driven many players (myself included) batty and can be skipped. One of the things I like is that there are achievements to obtain. There are also doves to collect.
There are 3 play modes: Casual, Advanced, and Hardcore. There are no hints or skips in Hardcore mode, but you will receive an achievement for finishing the game in both Advanced and Hardcore modes. In the CE, there is also an achievement for finishing the bonus game. Another plus with the bonus game is that there are two possible endings and you will receive an achievement for both endings.
Overall, I really enjoyed this game. So much so that I am playing it again in Hardcore mode to get that achievement.

Another Great Hallowed Legends!
This game is as good, if not better, than Hallowed Legends: Samhain! The graphics and voice overs are great! The story is incredible. And the characters and locations...wow!
And just when you thought everything was over...the CE's bonus gameplay picks up soon after the main game ended. And the end let's you choose two endings: save the woman or defeat the evil for good. You can only choose one.

NOT A FUN GAME
The graphics are great as are the cut a way scenes. The hidden objects scenes are really overloaded with stuff that has nothing to do with the game--whatever that is!. After playing for an hour I had no idea where I was heading. The hint button recharges fast but really is no help .
