bert08710 my game i love to play is bejewel 2 twice a week for fun it keep my brian active goood game.,. February 7, 2013
This is a tired game. I thought I would try the one hour free and It was ok but not what I thought it would be. This is a very old game and it shows. It is still fun to a point, but just not for me anymore. April 6, 2013
Yeah - It Could Have Been Better ...................... if a LOT of things were improved upon. Graphics: Bright, colorful jewels. Can't complain about that. Sound: Music was too techno-driven for my taste. The sound effects of the matching gems sounded like glass breaking and got on my every last nerve so I turned the volume down. Game Play: Boring. Same old, same old match 3 game. Match 3 or more colored jewels until the bar at the bottom of the screen is full. The the level is up. You do get bonuses for matching 4 and 5 jewels but the 5 is extremely rare and the bonuses are nothing earth-shattering. just another boring match 3 game. I prefer my match 3 games to have an interesting storyline. For this reason, I will not be purchasing this game. However, I do encourage everyone to give the demo a try. It's only an hour of your time and it's free. Who knows, it could be just the thing you need on a lazy afternoon. Happy Gaming to All! June 16, 2014
I don't understand? I have played amny Match 3 games and there is always a goal or objective. What is it here? I have no idea when I have won a level except it says I did. i don't know why or how I did it! I guess I need to know what is going on in a game. Need to know if I am collecting 1 kind of gem or do I have to clear the tiles or hit a certain point amount! Nothing here. It's just play till they say it's over! LOL No thanks! September 23, 2012
SERIOUSLY?? I'm definitely the odd one here. I didn't like this game. after reading the reviews I was psyched to play it... but if I was one who played JUST FOR SOUND EFFECTS it would be a great game. I played the trial for 35 min and STILL had not one single power up and not even a simple shuffle. NOT my kind of M3. April 12, 2013
a Dog This game seems to terminate arbitrarily, based on how fast you can rack up scores. If you hesitate a second, the game times out. It's programmed so that it helps you through the first level, but once you reached level 4, it gives you almost no time to look around. The canned voice is irritating, and serves only to throw off your timing. I made a score of close to 900,000 but only because I was consistently racking up combinations. It was pure luck. Sometimes you'll get "timed out" after 4 minutes. It requires some skill, but mostly patience, because the game is no fun at all. October 21, 2012
Boring, boring, BORING! This is the first time I have played any Bejeweled game that was downloaded and just found it boring. I managed to last for 9 whole minutes so please keep my comments in that context. What first turned me off was the very simplistic graphics. Most games I buy are because of the graphics. I am a visual person and love to look at beautiful things. This game does not fit in that category. And although the game play was fast, it was choppy (Windows XP) and most of the time the announcer was unintelligible. I played Classic and got to level 3 with a "no more moves" message and the game ended. Excuse me? What kind of a game ends that quickly? Even though I was high scorer, who cares. There are so many more beautiful and entertaining match 3 games available. I wouldn't play this game if it was handed out for free. Just seemed like a waste of time to me and as I said before BORING! :P Just an FYI... I tend to be the voice of opposition. I only add a review if I feel very differently about a game than the general consensus. August 16, 2012
