Cute and charming
The lovely, lavishly colered graphics are not the sole strength of this "last minute rescue". "Last minute" because if you don't do something about it kids won't have any present this year. And we don't want that, do we ?
So, why not put this game on your progeny's list ?
I am sure they will love, as I did, the beautifully hand drawn scenes as well as the HUD decorated like a Christmas tree.
They will probably also enjoy the exceptionally good soundtrack, especially the waltz which is the main theme but is replayed during the game next to another nice theme and excerpts from Tchaikovsky's ballets.
Fellina's mission is closer to a pure HOG than an adventure, as the game puts the emphasis on HOS's, leaving little room for actions. These HOS's are neat, although sometimes a bit crowded, offer a little bit ot interactivity, and contain lots of items - in the form of lists - some of which are quite big and others slightly more difficult ot locate.
Hints recharge fast on Casual Mode and help you decide what to do next. Objectives are clearly stated.
On the downside, there are not many tasks to accomplish but none are diffcult; the cursor turns into a little hand whenever you hover your mouse over an item you need; these items are also indicated by a little spark. This also means you don't have to backtrack much.
I wish the developers had included more puzzles; those you will have to solve are easy and, on the whole, pretty classical.
The demo takes you to the end of Chapter 3, that is half way through the game. Selecting the harder mode should lengthen the playtime some.
I would have gladly awarded 5 stars had it not been for these shortcomings, nonetheless, this game remains an enchantment for kids, is meant for them, but also for any adult who wants to prolong the magic of Christmas

A true holiday gem!!!
This is a delightful game that is just perfect overall for raising the bar on the quality of holiday games offered during the Christmas/holiday season.
The graphics are a pleasure, music superb and overall a wonderful if not rather simple (in a good way) diversion in between all the hustle and bustle one has during the holidays.
I found the dialect in the intro for example, and ethnic words scattered about within the H0G puzzles a BONUS which actually added to the charm of the game... a reminder, perhaps, to embrace the universal appeal of the season.

Beautiful graphics, but disappointing
I played the trial first, then bought the game, based on how beautiful the graphics were. You play as Fellina, assisting Santa's elves to help rescue Santa, who's been kidnapped by the Ice Elf. It takes place in Finland's Lapland, being Finnish myself, that was a selling point...=-) Here are my comments:
Music-beautiful. Selections from the Nutcracker
Graphics-dreamy and clear, beautifully rendered
Gameplay-relatively easy to follow; not many places to go to get lost.
Hints-The hints during regular gameplay were useless; all they did was remind you of your task; they did not point you in a direction or show you where things were. The hints during the H/O scenes were fine
One H/O screen toward the end was messed up; most of the screen missing. I did try rebooting and it was the same.
Length-very short. I finished in less than 2 hours
There were a lot of H/O scenes, but very few mini games, and those were very simple.
The end came too quickly and was unspectacular.
I think this game would've been so much better had the developers added more time to it; adding more to do, more places to go. But it was beautiful. I would recommend it if you have a game credit to burn.

CLEAR, FUN, CHEERFUL..
Finally! A game that't not all gloom and doom! Lovely scenery, hidden object screen are colorful and all objects are clearly defined. loved it!

Tons of HO (Ho Ho?) scenes
Lovely graphics and colors - Tons of HO scenes - Lively Christmas music - Not a great deal of thought challenge, but is just a lot of fun to play.

Christmas spirit of the game
Very sweet and lovely game! Christmas spirit is present throughout the game, and I think it's wonderful. Bright and luscious graphics, combined with the music plunges into Christmas mood, I like it. Very interesting puzzle, but it would be more of them, although this is offset by a large number of HO scenes. I love to play this game with my nephew. Gameplay is simple and intuitive, interesting puzzles, and beautiful scenes of HO. A nice Christmas game for the whole family. Of course there are drawbacks, they don't bother me.

just wonderful game! Its a real gift for Christmas.
You`ll like it, especially if U are going to play with kids. I`ve played demo, it took me about an hour and I fall in love with Fellina`s Journey. I love it!
Graphics are nice and good done
HO are clear, I like them most of all, they are easy to find and so different
Mini-games are OK, but not challenging
Story is worth to play this game!

Beautiful graphics and music
Nice change from gloom and doom. Lovely graphics and nice Christmas music played throughout. Fairly easy and goes quickly. Was perfect for Christmas season and older kids will enjoy it. Glad I had a game credit to pay for it. Hints don't really help but I referred to walkthrough a couple of times.

Cute game for Christmas
I thought this game should have gotten more stars than it has so far. The graphics are clear and lovely and even though it isn't a terribly challenging game to play if you play on the casual mode there is an option for expert. It is very pleasant as a nice relaxing Christmas HO game. I enjoyed it.
