Awesome, just awesome!!! I just love this game!! It keeps you on the edge with every step. It's a game I could play over and over!! Thank you Big Fish! December 29, 2011
Excellent game!! Loved this game!! Very detailed, long storyline. Tons of hidden object games throughout! One of the best games I have played in a long time!! Cannot wait for the sequel!!! December 29, 2011
Loved it! This was a fantastic gaming experience! The graphics were fantastic, the storyline is unique, and the puzzles are fun. My only complaint is the repetition of the word "eeevil" that shows up frequently as one of the sound effects. After a while, it drove me nuts and I had to turn the sound effects off. No matter what, it's still a great game. April 2, 2012
Worth the money I enjoyed this game very much, Just when you think this game is almost done you come across more, Very much recommended! March 17, 2012
I finally made the jump I hesitated getting this game based on the trial. It seemed a bit gruesome and I wasn't too interested. After a few weeks I finally decided to buy it,based on some reviews. I like long games, and it was long. I truly enjoyed this game. Very much to do everywhere, lots of rooms and the minigames are a lot of fun and different from the usual. It is not a very hard game, despite the fact there is no walkthrough or journal in the SE, but you don't really need it. The story kind of leads you where you need to go, without making it too easy on you. Graphics are very nice and clear. It is really not too gruesome, just seems like it when you play the trial. I'm so glad I decided to go for it. Truly enjoyed the whole game and length of the game. February 21, 2012
Ok Game but gets a bit Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I found finishing this game to be a task. Where other games have been hard to put down, this one I ended after a short time each night simply because I was bored of the constant moving about back and forth to the same areas. It had no "flow" in my opinion. The scenes took an age to load on my computer. Just Ok. February 16, 2012
Awesome Game Loved this game. I have the other Haunted Manor: House of Mirrors also, but I enjoyed this game as much or maybe even more than house of mirrors. I love the HOG games and this one didn't disappoint me. February 8, 2012
I enjoyed this game. At the onset, I had to get beyond the fact that the heroine of this tale looked to be about 12 years old. Despite that, nice graphics, spooky story and a really nasty demon make this an eerie good time. This one doesn't drag you by the hand so it's not for the novice or easily frustrated player, but the hint button is actually pretty helpful if you're really stuck. I found the mini games were kind of a pain, but the skip button was ready almost immediately. I did find a few badly misnamed items on the list, (my pet peeve), and had to use the hint button as I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to be looking for. I'm not sure I'd want to add this to my collection, but I enjoyed the trial period. January 1, 2012
GREAT GAME! Great puzzles, great story, great music, and not too many HOG's (until the very end). I liked the adventure part of the game, very logical, not too much unnecessary back and forth movement. This game was so much fun I didn't want to stop...played it all in one afternoon! For those looking for a nice, lengthy game! The good reviews attracted me to this game and when I tried, yes, it is quite good. There are lots of HO sequences but the locations are often repeated and some of the objects to be found are also repeated. It's a fairly easy game to play with clean graphics and ambient music plus a really good dose of the macabre. It's just a pity the game does not come with a teleport map so you have to really remember the fastest route to where you want to go. Still, it's a good and lengthy game. December 24, 2012
