Midnight Mysteries Cracker
Another great Midnight Mysteries game.
Great graphics - very realistic WWI scene (with explosions).
Story enthralling.
Puzzles challenging but not too difficult.
Hidden objects not too difficult to find.
Make sure you look for the clovers and raven (for hints) in each scene.
Loved it - will be added to the collection.

FIRST CLASS GAME !!
Splendid game that brings historical characters such as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, world famous for its criminal literature, especially the creation of Sherlock Holmes and Houdini, who
was one of the most famous escapist and illusionist in history.
In outstanding and immersive atmosphere, perfect music, graphics very well done, with care in every detail, you enter into a "magical" world, to help Houdini's wife.
A game full of excellent and different from usual mini games, challenging and very motivating.
Do not miss this opportunity of entertainment !1
By the way - don't forget to collect ravens. They are extra hints!

Spooky Murder Mystery featuring Harry Houdini
Another solid game from the Midnight Mysteries series. Very crisp graphics, smooth play, some creepy scenes, and the game's view into the life & mysterious death of H.H. was, suprisingly, very close to reality.
Some key points:
There are no voiceovers. The puzzles were on the easy to intermediate level. Hidden Object scenes were easy, as well. There are the usual ravens & clovers to collects, plus a variety of other achievements to, well, achieve. My biggest disappointment with the game was the length. I finished the game in about 2.5 to 3 hours. I didn't consult the strat guide nor use any hints. And while I applaud the 'Deluxe' element of the game, not the $13.99 collector's edition this COULD have been, the length could've been a bit more. However, others may take longer to play...
Still, all in all, this was a fine game. Spooky atmospheres, a mystery well worth rattling the 'little grey cells', and some fantastic graphics/sceneries... I wouldn't pass this one up.

Great Midnight Mystery as Usual!
I liked the previous games in this series and this one didn't let me down!
With 3 difficulty modes and a built in SG this is for any level player.
Excellent graphics and some fun illusions. The hidden object scenes are interactive and well done but they do have some rather small items to find.
The mini games are very unique with a range of difficulty. They are also skippable after a bit.
The story line is a lot of fun but voice overs would have been a definite plus. There are some scenes that will make you jump. They did me anyway.
I knew with in 5 min. of playing the trial that I was going back to buy.

Spooky fun
As with the previous Midnight Mysteries, this one ticks all the boxes - enjoyable and engaging. It is a little dark but the HOG items were easy to spot and interest has been added in describing the item like an 'old fashioned airconditioner' which was a fan.
I also like collecting the clovers and ravens along the way. The puzzles were not too difficult and not the usual ones. Perhaps there are too many ghosts to talk to, but I like the interaction and plot enhancement.

Another great midnight mysteries
A hidden objects game where you need to solve how Houdini 'really' died.
It has the regular mix of puzzles and hidden objects, that aren't particularly hard but still has an element of challenge to them [I didn't need the hint at all in the game, but did ocassionally sneak a look at the Strategy Guide]. But on top of that you also have to collect ravens and clover which means you need to pay attention to every scene..
The graphics are lovely. There are no voice-overs.
The storyline is average - there is one there but it doesn't have you on the edge of your seat.
The length of the game was okay - ir wasn't particularly long, but still gave you a few hours of fun.
This is a Deluxe game, so it contains a Strategy Guide, but no Bonus Chapter.
Definitely one of the better Hidden Object Games around.

An interesting post-mortem twist on Houdini's life
The puzzles/minigames are the most valuable feature of this game. They are interesting, varied, inventive and offer a fair challenge. I liked the intro and the cutscenes, and the artwork even more. All is neat and pleasant to watch, although sometimes a litle dark, but the important items as well as the hidden objects can be obtained without straining one's eyes too much.
I also appreciated the integrated SG, a novelty and a very good idea as it adds value to a game which is a Standard Edition.
The rest is not very different from what you find in other games and the storyline, although well conceived and full of imagination, is secondary.

Midnight Mysteries are the best, it is proved once more!!!
Unlike other big games, like Mystery case files for good example, Midnight Mysteries never disappoint me! They are only getting better. It seems to me that these are the only games that pay attention on the quality of the story and the gamers experience. You can see that somebody really worked on this game and put some effort in it.

Love Midnight Mysteries? Then you will love this!
Played about 50 min of the trial before deciding to buy. I had a game credit to use but even if I hadnt, I would have spent the extra to get it. Loving that the SG is built in even thought this is priced as a SE. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GAME!
