Atlantic Journey A Bit of A Loser Visually not that appealing - basic cartoon drawing. Storyline OK - looking for a lost brother in Egypt. Turn the sound down as the music can be annoying. This is a very frustrating game . HOS has very small items to find so you need to use hints regularly - hint is slow to fill. Each scene has bonus items - bits of these items are extremely difficult to find. The mini-games are rotate pictures, jigsaw puzzles etc and are not that challenging. Despite a tutorial this game is sadly lacking in instructions. You spent alot of your time just clicking on everything in sight. I finished the trial but won't be going back. February 6, 2012
Disappointing game This game was very slow with an uneven flow to it. The graphics are pretty good, bright and crisp, but nothing else to warrant comment. The intro is comic book style which I haven't seen in some time. The HOs were very small, messy junkpiles that made items hard to find. There were also FROGs of a sort, except you had to find pieces of the scene, a rather odd play. The puzzles were nothing new and very easy. Personally I had no desire to find the lost brother and quit after 30 minutes. This game just really fell flat. February 6, 2012
Notebook players: RUN !!! I hate "Tiny Objects" games... Story is not so bad, but graphics and music are awful. But worst of all are HOS! Very tiny objects, this is really tiresome! Imagine a yellow paint brush, too thin, very very small, in a yellow background (a picture frame)! The only thing we can see is the brown brush tip, even smaller!!! Impossible !!! Only using hints! And they not really help, only in HOS are useful. Why developers are making so many games like this? February 7, 2012
Challenging I am seeing a lot of negative comments, but I am assuming that none of them bought the game. I thought it was a great game. Yes, some of the HO were very well hidden, and no, there were not a lot of instructions. But if you like a game where you have to really think about what comes next, this is it. The only problem I had with the game is in Paris and you have to mix a formula. (look in game Forums for the answer) If you do not do it correctly, you will have to start the game over. (I had to do it twice to get it right) Hints do recharge quickly if you need them. Not including the time it took me to start again twice, the game lasted about 4 hours. Enjoy!! February 6, 2012
FINALLY A MASTER PIECE OF A GAME!!! I feel sorry for those who've missed out on this fantastic game due to the negative comments of some who only played for a few minutes then rated this a low score. There are different strokes of course but this game is one of the best I've played in a very long time. It's obvious that the developers put in an lot of time and thought to the making of this game. Every type of puzzle is included! The graphics are fantastic, it gives you hours of thinking without holding your hand, the story is very easy to follow, and I do believe this is one that I will play over and over. A BRILLIANT MUST TRY GAME THAT WILL NOT BORE YOU if you give it a chance. I thank the developers and hope to see more games like this in the future. February 8, 2012
Just like good old classics! Everyone got used to "mysteries" with spooky mansions filled with ghosts or something ... Don't you get tired of that ones? This game is done in a classical (old-school, if you wish to name it so) style. Great hand-drawn graphics, unique gameplay. Music can be annoying in the very first locations, but it is OK. The story is a bit naive, but I liked it! Just fun. Kudos to the devs for such a nostalgic game! Thanks! February 7, 2012
Challenging game! The visual is very good, the game is challenging, but it's good for me.You need to think in this game. The cartoon drawing is good for me, and the game is a bit different from other games. February 7, 2012
Good game for one credit I liked this game as it is different. Lots of interesting games to play. The music is terrible; I turned it off. Yes, there are no instructions, but I could bumble through using the hint button.Compared to most other one credit games, this is a buy. I played the trial (everyone should play the trials first), and bought it right after. February 8, 2012
Great game! I enjoy the "hunt" so this is my type of game. Vostorg (new?), really did a great job. I love the graphics, very well done and the HO scenes take patience but I thrive on that. a map is provided (love that). Love this game, I will continue this game tomorrow, plan to have rain in CA...good day for a "hunt"! Thank you Vostorg, keep them coming! and thanks BF, it's really nice to enjoy new devs. games. Good for me! + nice cartoon grafics not usual gameplay (HOG and adventures together in a place) - a bit annoying music Brevity is the soul of wit. I liked it, although in some places you need to think. February 7, 2012
