ONE OF THE BEST!!
I just finished the entire game plus bonus content. This is definitely one of my favorites!
I love hidden object scenes but not a steady stream of them. This had plenty of both adventure and hidden object. The story kept me involved right to the end and that doesn't happen often:)
There are things in this that will give you a giggle and a scare at the same time. Just a lot of fun:)
The hint system was so good that I never had to use the SG so I could have waited for the SE but I enjoyed the bonus play so am glad I spent the extra for the CE.
The mini games were not so hard that you couldn't do them but did tax my brain a bit.
Since the length was better than most I can't find anything I really didn't like about this game.

WOW, WOW....BEST GAME OF 2010 SO FAR!!!
As you can probably tell from my review ritle,I "LOVED" this game. iv been playing hidden object/puzzle games on big fish games since 2007 and having played 80% of ALL the games listed i feel qualified to give a genuine review on this one. sometimes hidd object games can become quite repetative, ie, you get a list of items, and a scene to find them. usually with a few puzzles thrown in for good measure. But this game is in another league all together. the quality of each scene is beautiful, the sound is eerie, appropriate to the place and not at all annoying. the challenges are just enough for me without having to tear my hair out, or complain there too easy. the general story line is very intriguing and made me want to turn the lights out and follow this one to the very end. its like being inside the witchhes world,literally. Anyone fond of these types of games should fall in love with this one instantly,an those who are new to big fish, well, after playing this demo, iv a feeling you will be hooked for life! when i recently bought a game for my PS2 of a similar type and quality, this pc game was so much like it that i was suprised. simply because the PS2 game cost 38 more than this pc game. NUFF SAID!!! KEEP EM COMING LIKE THIS ONE BIG FISH GAMES AND I GUARANTEE PEOPLE WILL LOOK NO FURTHER THAN HERE FOR THERE GAMING NEEDS!

One of the best HO games so far
Played a lot of them in the past - this is definetely a hit. Seems to be a bit short though...

Fun but no CE for me
My review is based on the demo only. I thought the graphic were very good, the storyline was interesting as far as the demo went, the cutscenes were good, as was the live action, voice overs and music were okay. I did like that the scenes were not overly dark.
The HOs were basic junkpile with some interaction. The puzzles were okay, easily doable. As others have stated, the door knob was fun, he made me laugh.
I actually enjoyed this game, but don't feel it is worth the CE price especially if it is only 4 chapters as others have stated. Will wait for SE.
As far as recommending-can't say yes, can't say no as far as the CE is concerned.

I don't mean to sound picky, but...
This game could have been a lot better.
The plot is decent, it certainly makes you want to help the little girl and stuff, but there are things that can be improved:
- Cartoon-ish environment mixed with real actors and 3D characters all at the same time? Please decide with one single animation style, otherwise it's unrealistic and confusing.
- Backgroud music sounds a bit poor compared to previous games.
On the bright side the HOS are ok, it's not hard to play (strategy guide and hints are not necesary) and this game allow us to play on full screen with the option to adjust it if you have a wide screen, which is not a minor detail.

FANTASTIC for those of us who are ADVENTURE challenged
I played the demo and will be buying the CE! As an adventure challenged person I was able to move around without frustration! That is a BIG factor with me when demo'g a game. Lots of HOS, which is another plus. I have the other two games from this developer and LOVE them also. Please don't change anything and make the games too difficult for those of us who don't sit for hours at a time to complete the game in one sitting (trying to remember what to do and go find and use with inventory). This developer has my praises!!! Excellent job!

Great HOA!
I am a HOA junkie and this is my first review comment. This game was so well designed it compelled me to put this up. The graphics are extremely well done, the voice overs great and the puzzles a great mix of easy and difficult. It was well worth paying for the collector's edition. I really liked the story line and hope to see more from this story in the future.

awesome game!
I really enjoyed this game! I've played them all and this one is really good. The game keeps you looking for stuff all over and solving wonderful little games. I would recommend this game for whoever likes the ERS Studio games and of course, MCF. The only regret I have is that I didn't buy the collector's edition!

Long Lasting Game
I really enjoyed this game, it lasted longer than most(for me anyway). Not to easy, not to hard. Bonus play after game is always a plus.

Great Game
Enjoyed this game very much. Graphics are brilliant. No dark scenes where you can't find anything. Good story line. Extra game just rounds it off nicely.
