C'mon you guys Cute graphics, basic story line, but this isn't challenging on any level. There really isn't any strategy involved in this game. You basically do what you are told to do, then do it again, then build this building and that one and the next. As far as strategy games go, this is the crayola crayon version and not the small, regular crayons, but those really big ones for little kids. This can be a relaxing time passer, but it offers no challenge. If you put in the time, you're going to beat this game with ease. June 22, 2012
Not crazy about it Kinda boring.. wasn't always sure what I was sposed to do.. Think I'll pass on this one. March 11, 2012
Strategy.....without challege (if that can even be said in the same line) If you are a perfectionist, or like laid back games without time, or maybe both....then this game is for you. This game was a no-brainer strategy (if you can call it that) since it lacked any sense of urgency (not timed). And you could build your buildings practically anywhere so long as you chopped some trees down. I know some people like to sit around and arrange a city, just for the sake of killing time.....but you can get something like this for free on those popular social networking websites that practically everyone is signed up for......not worth the money for me... :-( I'll recommend only for those who don't mind spending their money on something that clearly resembles games that could be played for free. gods don't need to make any effort I found this game far too easy. Uniquely, it got easier and easier as the game advanced. Your power and production capacity increases, but the challenges you face do not grow significantly in difficulty. I suppose it is quite relaxing if you enjoy doing small tasks with infinite power. There are achievements, a couple of which I had not completed by the time I was done with the storyline, so these are helpful. The graphics are good, and the little workers are rather adorable. Strategy games are few and far between, but this one is not particularly entertaining. If you feel starved for a new game (as I did), just be sure to try before you buy. If you like games like this that have challenges rather than levels as the game progresses, you might try dream builders: amusement park (also recently released). This probably would have gotten three stars from me if they hadn't perverted Greco-Roman mythology in the rather weak storyline. January 21, 2013
Just ok Too much sitting around waiting for resources to build up so you can do anything. VERY slow moving and boring because of this. No challenge whatsoever. February 29, 2012
more complex than it needed to be I sort of enjoyed this but it ended up with too many items I had to juggle in my mind to make it work. I got bored too quickly with this one to make it worth my buying. Sorry but not for me, too fiddly. January 13, 2013
A bit boring I found the game okay. It was a littler bit too easy for me, and not very challenging. I got quite bored during it, and even when i tried to enjoy it i just kept turning it off after 10 minutes. All in All- i wouldn't recommend it. March 17, 2012
Tedious This was so boring - there was no way to speed things up so you end up twiddling your thumbs alot - and it was so long before you can upgrade, get rid of fog, or get Zeus's ring. The characters looked like the Island Tribe ones but the game wasn't as good in my opinion March 4, 2012
Just Wrong I'm really disappointed. We don't get many time management/strategy games, so when a new one comes out, I really look forward to it. This game is not challenging on any level and I had so many glitches, I didn't even finish. Hopefully the next game in this genre will be better. February 5, 2013
Boring and no sound I gave this a low rating because there is no sound, music, etc. Also, I was bored and it really seemed cheesy compared to most "time management" games. Awful! January 30, 2013
