Don't buy it! Story not clear, some graphics OK, others very difficult to see. Very awkward transitions between screens. Mechanics of game primitive-- as if it was developed 8-10 years ago. I own about 75 games, mostly Hidden Object or Adventure. I can't find anything I would recommend about this one. March 3, 2012
I Give up not for me im afraid..gave up after 20 minutes! trying to find a socket wrench for 5 minutes in a HO is a bit much. The cursor was sluggish. A shame coz the opening look promising Definately try the demo. You may like it. I did not March 3, 2012
Based on 20 min into the trial Did not like it. Way to much hand holding for me. You cannot think for yourself, everything is being told to do. Got stuck in the lab applying the solution to the piece of paper going in circles. Hint was poor, same hint over and over. Graphics are good, however I like games where I can go and explore myself.Maybe I was too impatient, but game did not impress me. Sorry, not for me March 3, 2012
Newbie Adeventurer? I always HAVE to check out games that everybody hates. No, it's not just your run of the mill hidden object game with a few puzzles, it's more like an old-time adventure game with a few hidden objects that you can use to solve puzzles. I applaud their attempt to be a bit different, but you have to like the true adventure game to even have a chance of liking this game. I actually quite enjoyed it. However, it goes slowly and methodically - no rushing here, and your hints can be very vague. This game is not a super game, but for those who like the genre, it is more for the ex-adventurer who wants a nudge as to what to do from time to time, or for someone new to adventure who wants a bit more hand holding than more true adventures provide. Not excellent, but enjoyable nonetheless. March 3, 2012
maybe its just me? well i dont know, after reading all the bad reviews, i had to try for myself, and..hmm i liked it! yeah you need a bit more patience, but it was fun and the graphics are "up close" and just plain cool looking...go ahead and try, but dont be in a hurry...enjoy the difference here. :) March 3, 2012
Why is everyone so down on this game This game requires a little patience to get the hang of what needs to be done but is well worth the effort. OK the sockets for the wrench are not that easy to find and the instructions are not that obvious until you get into the way the developer thinks but try the whole demo for yourself before relying on other people's reviews. One major point I would make is accept the tutorial and use the assistant rather than the hint button. I also like that some of the puzzles have a slight twist to them and are not as straightforward and boring as they first appear. March 3, 2012
Tiresome and Outdated Although the good graphics, ok sound, and the story seems to be interesting, could not stand more than 15 minutes. Slow, tedious, kind of stuck game. Lot of wasted time reading instruction - all the time appears what should be done .... Mini games widely known, and easy. Not worth spending time or money. March 3, 2012
Different and fun I do not understand the bad reviews this game got. I liked it and found that it gave you lots of different kinds of puzzles to solve and a lot of things to do. I lliked the graphics as well as the storyline. It is worth trying for yourself before judging it as a bad game. March 3, 2012
Well I loved it I'm going to be in the minority on this game and say it was one of the most unique, "out of the box" HO adventure games I've ever played. You've never seen a game like this. In one HO scene, you must sweep the cursor back and forth to dissipate clouds. I also disagree that it is as random as others say. They are many clues hidden and you must refer to the journal often. In the library, only click open books and they will continue to disappear until you find the right one. To display the hidden writing, click the blank paper on each glowing flask and then over the burning torch until the writing lights up. This is the quickest demo hour I've ever played. I would like to know the length, but I've never seen a game like this and intend to buy. Wow! March 3, 2012
Try the demo I can't honestly say no more. Every person has his/her own likings. As far as I am concerned, this game bored me to death. Couldn't even play the whole demo. March 3, 2012
