Love this game! Superb!! the graphics are outstanding, the storyline is wonderful and creepy too. I just adore interactive HOS and to mix that with using inventory items in the HOS is just pure genius. The best graphics i've seen for a long while. Have to keep going just to find out what happens next and the map being interactive too is a wonderful thing because you're not back and forth all the time, just click on a location and hey presto you're there! The hint system is great and gives cryptic clues on what what to do next so the SG was not needed to be honest. Don't forget to collect all 50 owls, loved that extra part, well done BF, just perfect. Not Up To Par For Mystery Trackers Not necessarily a bad game but not as good as is usual for MT. First 3/4 of game takes place in the same area over and over and over. It finally opens up to additional areas but it's definitely not as challenging or interesting, as their other games. April 13, 2012
Please Big Fish, I want some more! Had so much fun! There's are tons of things to do. This is the only Series that I buy the CE without playing the demo, because it is ALWAYS worth it! Graphics are breautiful. Soundtrack is nice. Mini Games are unique, fun, and challenging. Storyline is interesting, with hours of game play. There's a map, which lets you travel to another area, so you don't need your sneakers! :) it also shows where there's things to do! Thanks for another excellent game! March 31, 2012
Best game I have played so far This was so well done. Loved the demo and the story. Glad there were hints along the way in case I got stuck Fabulous game. March 22, 2012
Don't bother with the collector's edition I'm a huge fan of Raincliff and The Void, and while Black Isle was enchanting in its own way, I felt the story was a step back from the previous titles. In comparison, for example, throughout the game you're only seeking one person, which I found gave me far less of a feeling of accomplishment than the previous titles. However, it is still a fantastic hidden object game, with amazing music, stunning visuals and interesting puzzles. The biggest disappointment, really, was the bonus gameplay, which had nothing to do with the main storyline and introduced several new ideas that made little sense in the context. I bought the CE so I could play the game ASAP, and I would probably still do so on anything new from the Mystery Trackers franchise, but I hope future titles can make a bit more of an effort in this area. Another Great Mystery Trackers I just completed this game, directly following Surface, and I must say that the two games were neck and neck, in my opinion. I loved Raincliff, and this next installment ranked right up there for me. This game has a slightly better hint system than Surface, but the graphics quality is just as good, with lots to do, and plenty of places to visit. It was well worth buying the CE, which I highly recommend, in addition to trying it. Mystery Trackers fans should not be disappointed, and it is at least trying before buying. March 15, 2012
you will lose sleep!!! One of the best games Ive played so far!! really liked the story line . Kept me up all night playing. March 8, 2012
Another Mystery Trackers - YAY!!! I had recently been hoping for another Mystery Trackers game so I'm thrilled with this one. I've only played the demo but will be buying when it comes out in normal (not CE) unless I just can' wait!!! I think the graphics are good, and I like the mini games and the HO scenes. The only complaint I have is the cursor seems to float and is hard to manage so I would go slowly over the scenes a couple of times to make sure I'm not missing something. March 2, 2012
A disappointing game in a pretty package I really wanted to like this game. I found the first two in the series very well done and the look, sounds, vocal overlay on this one are stupendous, but for the first time since starting to play BFGames as an avid casual gamer, I am very tempted to play a more difficult level. I get a strong feeling here that the developers wanted to fill a demographic niche, older gamers, who do not see well and want uncluttered HOGS and mini-games that look tough, but are unchallenging. Even wandering around looking for the items to put together was easy. so were finding the bonus items I looked over the achievements list before I started to play, and looked to see what bonus items were offered and what the SG looked like. The achievements list looked wonderful and I a sorry I won?t be going farther to see what all these different ghosts look like?.at least I hope there would be ghosts to enjoy. The Bonus menu was not available to see if getting the collectors edition is worth it and nor was the SG. Not being able to look at those is a big no no on my game choosing list. TThe Developer's earlier games, The Void and Raincliff which had pretty good story lines, make this one look like a lazy effort. March 2, 2012
Mostly good hidden object game The storyline is good and keeps the game moving. The objects in the HOG scenes are not overly difficult, tiny, or hidden to make them hard to find. There is a map to help speed up all the moving back and forth that HOG games requires these days. What keeps it from being 5 stars instead of 4 are the owls. You are searching for 50 owls throughout the game. The problem is that some of them appear in places that you cannot get back to if you missed them -- HOG scenes or sometimes scenes that change after an action has taken place - meaning that if you miss one you cannot go back to get it. I find that incredibly frustrating and annoying. Otherwise this was a fun and enjoyable game. March 10, 2012
