Waited for a non CE version After playing the trial I waited for the normal version to come out and checked daily if it had. Was anxious to play it but wouldn't spend the CE price on it. Was so glad when it did. Loved the game, wish it had been longer. April 6, 2012
LOVED IT! My kind of game. not to short, lots of puzzles. I truly love this kind of game. April 4, 2012
Too short I played this game in the advanced mode, and was finished in a day. This is a great game, and I enjoyed it a lot, but feel it should be a bit longer. Some of the puzzles were very easy, others just tedious. Overall, a good game. April 4, 2012
Fun Ride! What a cool game. Storyline and different twist on puzzles and hidden object games (finding 12 like-shaped objects) kept it moving and interesting. Always wanting to know what happens next. This is more of an adventure game than HOG, but it's very nicely put together and you can easily immerse yourself in the story. The house has a magical feel to it and as I was exploring the different levels, I kept thinking I was going to find Edward Scissor Hands behind one of the doors. I kept picking up a Tim Burton vibe (maybe it's just me :))The level of challenge is on the easy side, but it's just really fun to play and worth the purchase. April 3, 2012
House of brass is a must have for my game collection! This game surprised me. It was a fairly long play with a well thought out mix of puzzles and problem solving. The story is original and interesting to follow. The hidden object scenes are unique and I enjoyed the twist. Overall a very good game. April 3, 2012
Great Game I really liked this game. The story idea was clever and new, the puzzles were fun and interactive. The visuals were colorful, bright and the details were easy to see. I liked the fact that the HOS were different than usual. "Look for 12 metal objects", for example. The game was only average length but there was enough content to prevent you from feeling shortchanged. This game was fun and satisfying all the way through, not just during the demo portion...glad I purchased it! April 1, 2012
A Bit Different This is a wee bit different than most HOGs. Instead of finding specific items all the time you can be asked to find silver items or items in a certain shape. I think my grandkids would love to do this one because it is not very hard. Some may think that is wonderful but if you want to be challenged this is not your game. I did the trial in 35 mins. A good starter for children to get into HOGs I think. Mine are getting quite good at them now and tackling harder ones. This is a starter I think but a good one from what I have witnessed so far..... Thoroughly Enjoyed This Game Excellantly done by the makers. Bought it when first came out but just got around to playing. Worth every penny and now wish I had bought the CE!! Graphics clear and uncluttered and the HOGs are different in as much as you have to find objects of a certain calibre ie. all rubber, or all square etc. Storyline is great and not a lot of running back and forward. Music is just right and unobtrusive. Definately worth buying and I hope we get more of these games. March 31, 2012
