Old game was OK play The visuals immediately let me know this was an older game or they held on to it. There was sound and the characters did speak, but it looked sub par with the visuals. Plus, the game takes place in an old house with a small number of rooms. The HOGs were OK but nothing to gloat about. There were no levels to choose for playing and that meant waiting a long time for the skip button when the same tedious mini-games were featured. I was debating about giving this one two stars, but I did play it and thought it was OK. Not bad for a freebie, but I don't recommend this one. August 27, 2013
I liked it. I really liked this game. My only real criticism is that it was super short which is why I didn't rate it higher. I would recommend this game at a discounted price. March 31, 2013
Great Beginner Game This would make a great introductory game for people that want to know what hidden object games are like to play. It's got a very cartoony feel to it. Not scary at all. Very quickly played. Not much of a challenge to anyone who has played a few hidden object games before...If you're a good hidden object game player looking for a challenge, this isn't one. Waaaaaay too easy Although I liked the graphics and felt overall the game was visually pleasing, it was extremely easy even on the advanced mode. I'm no HO game master, so if I find the advanced level easy, then it is way too easy. There was absolutely no challenge whatsoever. Advanced mode was not supposed to highlight active objects, yet it did. Not worth the money unless you want a game you can finish in a few hours. March 25, 2012
This is for Children 8 to 10 This is for children just starting these types of games. there is not a lot of challenge. Clearly I would not recommend the collectors additon. Better to spend the money on a game for their home game system. March 26, 2012
Mediocre at best This is supposed to be a hidden object game, but it's so full of puzzles it should be in that category. Every time you turn around there's another one. Too distracting, Skip button takes 5 minutes to recharge and while the pitifully few HOS are different, they're just plain dumb. Save your money. November 24, 2012
