Lots to love in this game
I really like this one because you can play it many different ways. Maybe you want to be social and meet lots of characters. Maybe you want to have a dynamite career or have the nicest car and apartment in town. You decide. Good game.

It's ok
I'm actually disappointed with this game. I LOVE the original Life Quest, so I guess I just had high expectations for the sequel. I don't like how the characters look. I was hoping they would be more "cartoony" like they were in the original but with better features and better clothes etc. I do like how you can take your husband to the spa and change his looks a little bit. I also like the fact that you have to pick up your kids from daycare...I forgot like 20 times...you can tell I'm not a mom :) I just expected something more from this sequel and felt slightly let down.

a good adventure!!
I love all of the quest except for the 10,000.00 and 100,000.00 cash I will take FOREVER to get these amounts but the overall game is good fun and enjoyable!!

Reasonably fun, but limited game play
I bought this game after purchasing the demo, but found that this game had little replay value. Once I completed all the "life quests" (some of which are rather dull, such as collecting money by clicking the "work" button), there was nothing novel to discover.
I'm a bit surprised by the very high ratings, especially considering the quality of other well-known simulation games.

Better Than Life Quest
This game REALLY got me excited! The original Life Quest seemed dull to me and felt like it was missing something. I think Life Quest 2 : Metropoville is really fun and gives you more opportunities.

Fun & pretty challenging!
I was excited to find out there was a Life Quest 2, I loved the first one!! This game is similar to the first one in game play, but they made it better: you don't have to follow a single path to "beat" it, more options with the challenges ("life quests"), and better character selection. Best yet is that it's actually a replay-able game!
You get to customize your character's head, body type and coloring. You have 100 days to rack up your high score but can keep playing afterward. It took me 3 different character starts to finish all 36 quests within that time frame, which to me is great because it was the right amount of challenging without being frustrating.
By the third character, I did mute the music, though - it gets old after a while. Nice touches include the ability to click through a lot of the screens ("been there, done that"), and the ability to enable/disable the tutorial. I've beat it once, now, but will be playing again! It's not the "same'ol, same'ol" every time!
