Recommend A well put together game for passing time. Difficulty level could use some improvement. I did not have to use the "Hint" option during the entire game. What I liked the most was the map that allows you to jump from location to location. April 28, 2012
spooky mansions.. a dark and stormy night complete with ghosts, fireballs (lol) rain and thunder..(and a few nice crackling fires..) :) easy hogs that are interactive in themselves (niiiice) and the minigames are easy and nice too... great game...go enjoy! April 6, 2012
Excellent Game This is the best game I have played in a long, long time. It kept my interest, and was not so morbid and dark. I hope they can keep up the quality of the next one. Well worth the money. It has the map and took you where you needed to go. I love that, The Hidden Object scenes were clear and were not too difficult if I took my time. Some very clever ideas here, Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I have. I will play it again someday. April 7, 2012
A fantastic sequel! Uncle Gabriel and Amanda are back with this wonderful sequel t o House of 1000 Doors. The great storyline and helping the characters are just as fun and engaging as the first game. Wonderful graphics, great Hidden Objects and puzzles. This game will capture you right away and you'll want to keep playing well after the demo. I didn't even finish the demo before buying it. Downloading as I type! April 6, 2012
Deja Vu I'm a big fan of the first House of 1000 doors. The second house of the 1000 doors was not as good. I felt that you were doing the same things in every chapter looking for same HOG doing similar Puzzles and speaking to a ghost . I have to say I liked the bonus chapter a lot better then the main game . This series has great potential the developers can do so many things with House of 1000 doors . April 27, 2012
Wow what a game - cannot wait for the next This game was a hit for me right from the word go, story was great, games are challenging but different which is nice. Absolutely loved it - more please :) April 20, 2012
A solid sequel Overall, a really good game. The adventure elements are decent, and there aren't too many times where I had an object in my inventory that could have accomplished my goal, but it wasn't the 'right' object for the game. The map was a great help, since it not only eliminated having to click through tons of scenes to reach my goal, but since it highlighted places with active tasks, it also helped guide me if I was stuck. The HO scenes had some clever multi-step items, which kept things from getting monotonous. The objects were pretty much junkpile, though. The cut scenes are really good quality, and help move the storyline along nicely. I do wish they hadn't started with the random car crash...it seemed unnecessary, and I have seen it in so many other games. The puzzles were decent, with some old standards mixed in with a few new and clever ones. Not too hard, and the skip button can save you from anything you just can't get. While it has some flaws, this is a really great sequel, and I look forward to the next game in the series. April 19, 2012
Nearly there... Great game. I only played the demo but i got sucked in right away. Just the right amount of hidden object scenes and the objects were hidden in just the right places. Only issue for me was there were too many videos. (although you can skip these) April 19, 2012
Fantastic Game!! Wow! I just had to buy the CE. There is a nice blend of easy and difficult HO and puzzles. The length was long and the extra game was fun. I never listen to sound, so can not comment. This game was one the greatest I have played in months April 19, 2012
Not as good as the first one I really enjoyed this game. I didn't find it as good as the first House of 1000 doors. This is def one of those games you will play a couple times. Well worth the money. April 19, 2012
