Loved this game!
It's a refreshing change from all those scary, ridiculous stories you have to make your way through to play hidden objects. This is just plain fun and relaxing. I've played it over a number of times and never gets boring.

I just love this game...
There's not much mentally challenging about this game but I love it for its pure enjoyment quality. I play a lot of time management, role play etcetera, if you want to take a break from taxing the old grey matter then give this game a go. The number of combinations possible makes it easy to be able to play over again with as much enjoyment. I haven't played Gardenscapes, (the first one) yet but am definitely planning to do so!

My favorite game!
The graphics are amazing! I wish more games had these kinds of graphic images. You can redo the hall in several different ways. Austin is funny and interacts with you and with the game. I highly recommend this game.

Nice and Long
This game has a fun storyline and combines the hidden object with action because you have to buy new items as you earn money for selling items. Its long, a nice time consuming game and I would stop and get back to it later. Great buy!

Addictive!
My first time playing Mansion Makeover and was hooked before my trial was done and enjoyed it so much I got the first release as well. The only con was feeling like you were making progress on rooms only to go back and it's right back to where it was. How great it would be to see the rooms slowly get cleaned up and organized and remain that way, would be much more of a sense of accomplishment along with getting the garden or mansion restored. Would love to give 5 stars if not for that..

awesome
This game is as awesome as gardenscapes first one. I really enjoy the relaxed mode and light enough to see. Just keep making more of the same, I will buy the next one. The Big Fish is great when you have a problem. I had a lot of credits and they refunded our money, to buy games for our ipad. Thank you Big Fish. Karnia

Good Healthy Fun! HOG with a great interactive twist!
I bought this game after just 10 minutes of playing the demo. It is simply good clean fun! I loved doing the mansion "make-over", and it is a great sequel with the Garden "makeover" companion game. I liked being able to name the little dog, and with a simple click, I could interact with the Butler, Austin. You get extra "money" to upgrade the mansion, by locating the "golden coins" within each HOG. Neighbors and friends come over to "buy" Austins' old junk, so that he has the money to upgrade the mansion. (These "purchases" take place in the HOG's). It's not a real brain-twister game, it is more of a "sit down and relax" game.
You can play in timed or casual mode, yet even in Casual mode, if you locate items quickly in the HOG's you get extra "cash" to purchase upgrades.
The music is nice. It seems to RAIN a lot! At night time, that practically put me to sleep, but it was nice nonetheless.
If you are looking for good wholesome fun, without a lot of stressful thinking, and a cute game...I highly recommend buying this game. I have purchased both of them, and they are both games that I will play again and again.
You don't need a "walkthrough" or strategy guide, because this is a "relaxing" and fun game. The audio and video are well done, and it is simply fun. Try it out, along with the sequel "garden makeover" and see for yourself. Chances are, you will find yourself purchasing both. I did. Have fun!
