Another great way to spend a rainy evening
Here in the UK it is forever pouring with rain and we are all fed up so I downloaded this game. What a gem! Fantastic music, breathtaking graphics, a rather daft storyline (as usual) but lots of problem-solving to keep your brain ticking over. There's a good balance between puzzles (none of which are very hard), HOG scenes and searching for the stuff you need. Entertaining and enjoyable.

Pretty simple
This game is so simple and easy to play you don't even need the strategy guide. The map is great and is useful in moving to different locations with one click. Not enough HOS, and those that there were weren't challenging at all. I liked moving to different parts of the world to solve the bigger search. Special effects were ok as was the story line. I don't use sound so I can't comment on that. It's ok for an afternoon of play but don't waste your money on the guide.

Enjoyable but a bit short
I loved the first game as it was challenging and instantly bought the second. It was okay but not as challenging and a bit short. Maybe after playing so many hidden object games I maybe my skills are improving but I thought it could have been longer.

Decent
This was a pretty good game, though not extremely creative and not at all challenging. Some of the scenes were cool, but it was hard to find a cohesive plot unless you took the time to listen to the character stories, which I am rarely interested in. There are far worse games out there for sure and a few better. Overall, worth the time.

Not a good ending!!
Maybe I should have purchased the collecters edition? Probably so. I did NOT like the abrupt ending in this game. It just left you hanging totally? Very confusing.. I enjoyed the game OVERALL.. It was just the ending.. The length of the game was good.. nice graphics and good mix of HO and puzzles. It is a good value, but take my advice and go with the collecters edition if you enjoy this demo..

Good for a couple of hours...
This was visually a fun game, however, I beat it in less than two hours, so not very much bang for the buck. The story line started out great and ended with a soft plop. Nothing like the first one; not nearly as challenging as the first one either. I would recommend if you have a couple hours to kill this is the game for you. If you're looking for a challenge, keep moving.

A worthy sequel (based on finished game)
This is a good follow-up to the original. Maybe I am getting better at these games, or maybe it was a teeny bit easier, but I had no trouble with any of the HO scenes, or figuring out what to do next, or even the puzzles. I would have liked a tad more of a challenge, but all in all, the excellence of the graphics, and the many different locales, made this a five-star game for me. There was a good deal of interactivity in the HO scenes, the music was pretty good, the plot was interesting, the scenes were creative, and it was very gratifying to be able to finish the entire game with virtually no use of the hint button. I can't think of many games that are as mcuh fun as this one was. If it took you maybe 4.5 hours to finish, that's a little more than $1.50 an hour - a bargain!

For Not-so-great Adventurers
I'm not that brilliant at Adventure games - having to check "hint" too often, but this game is just right. Decent story, lots of fun puzzles and medium difficulty.

One of the Very Best HOGA Games on BFG!
When it comes to artwork, hidden objects, puzzles, voice overs, correct spelling, you name it and this super spectacular games has it! Hidden Objects are clear and concise and I like that the words of each object are spelled out when found. I absolutely suggest the Collector's Edition with Bonus Gameplay.
Well worthy of your time as well as the BFG Membership price. Hours and hours of satisfying gaming! Enjoy!
