Best Game Ever!!!
Loved this game. I was beginning to get tired of the same storylines and hidden object games that were offered lately, but I'm now renewed and ready for the next game. I was so glad to see such a user-friendly map since later in the game I couldn't always remember where I had seen a particular hint, so the map was a big help. And the helper (hint) was also appreciated. Now that I've finished both the main and bonus games, later I'm going to start over and see what happens when I choose a different ending. The storyline was great, as were the graphics and mini games.

One of the Best Games I have Played Great Fantasy
This game was worth the Collector's Edition price...the graphics were great, not just a re-hash of previous graphics, the story line was good...Went to a lot of places in the story which held my interest....I would recommend it to anyone who likes a magical but I what I felt a good story line....the graphics didn't seem terribly re-used like some other games. If you like a magical line, it was good....now I can't wait for the follow-on game to this one....and the Guide was worth it for this game.

LOVED IT!! Was Too Short Though.
I LOVED the idea of using some of the living statues to 'help' me get through the game and accomplish certain tasks. I loved the miner! The only drawback to this game was that it was WAY TOO SHORT. It helped that I had a coupon for this one, so I didn't have to pay full price for it. I hope there's a sequel to this one. I really enjoyed it.

Really enjoyed this game!
I have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so with this game. The storyline was interesting as well as entertaining, to the point where I think my 13 yr old daughter would enjoy it.
I loved the graphics, so crisp and clear. Hidden object scenes were excellent, not too hard but challenging.
Just when you think that you are getting close to the end of the game, you move on to another room and more game. I have played several HOG that end too soon. Good length and excellent story line.

Unexpectedly Great Game
What a wonderful surprise! The elements of the game are conventional: village emptied by some disaster, the player has to go figure it out. The execution, however, was extraordinary, and there were a couple of innovations that were worth the price of the game by themselves.
Beautiful art - that was the deciding factor in my initial purchase. Lovely music, reasonably coherent plot, sympathetic characters. Mini-games seemed just the right level of difficulty. Smooth gameplay, excellent map.
What set this one apart were the wonderfully executed statues and the animated helpers who were more ally than gadget. Multiple endings that encourage a replay. Overall, simply a superior example of its genre and highly recommended.

This was so enjoyable to play - the graphics are wonderful and the storyline isn't so dark as some of the other games. Very fantasy oriented and loved the interaction with some of the playing pieces.

ABOUT TIME!
I loved playing this game and its nice to have a HOG that you didn't have to second guess...just get on with it. The graphics are great and the storyline really draws you in, plus the different levels are actually what they say they are! This is not just a Sunday afternoon game...it keeps you involved and wanting to keep playing just to see what happens at the end!

Interesting game
Just finished the CE version of this game. The game was good but I should have waited for the SE. Same HO adventure game and plot. Loved the rooster, archer and the miner. Gnomes, leprechauns, and witches what could make a better storyline. Engaging travel to and fro, hints were great, map included. You get to play detective, and you are a good one, lots of things to do and see here.
Graphics were great, puzzles were moderate to easy. Had a very good time with this game, wish it was longer...
