This is based on the demo, and it grabbed me from the get go. loved the little guy that helps you along and tells you the story about what happened to the town..I found the visuals and audios outstanding myselfs.they were sharp, crisp and outstanding...they looked and sounded like someone really took their time and worked hard to make this game look and sound great for us players...this will be one I will defenitly buy...the game challenges were just that they did challenge you...I will recommened this one for sure

too short
It was a good game. The map comes in handy. The bonus chapter was too short. Not worth the premium paid for a collectors edition.

Loved this game!
What a cool game this is! There's so many aspects of this game to enjoy. The storyline is good, the voice overs are good, the grahics are beautiful and when it comes to action, it's fantastic! Not an overwhelming amount of HO scenes which is a real plus and they are somewhat challenging which is another plus. I like how the little dwarf is not only your hint logo but how he comes alive to narrate the stories. You get achievements which I like and you also look for little statues along the way. This is a very engaging and even kind of scary game with the "live" statues and I love it!

There was only one thing that disappointed me
When I played the demo I had to get this game but thought the Collector's Ed would be worth the money. It wasn't. It was a super short bonus game and it didn't seem to resolve anything but left me confused.

Another winner
This is another great game from Elephant with excellent graphics, nice storyline and some good puzzles. And, a bonus for me, the music fitted right in and I didn't have to turn it down/off!
There have been plenty of other reviews, so I'll just say a few things. (Note, I played in the advanced mode, I really like it when games give you a choice).
* Crisp graphics and very good animated sequences which really help to give the game character and help the story along
* A very good story idea well carried through with the statues helping or hindering in some quite creative ways. I liked the idea of carrying a useful mining dwarf around with me.
* The map gives you a hint of where to go if you're stuck, is beautifully drawn and enables you to jump from place to place.
* The achievements! I liked the way these were presented and enjoyed collecting them and the figures. As with Surface, they had a bit of a sense of humour to them too.
* Good gameplay -- you don't go back to any of the HO scenes, and these, though somewhat piles of junk are actually appropriate to their setting, so you get things that might be found in a chest, in a cupboard etc.
* Although of course there are lots of locked doors you don't get the feeling as in some games that the developers have put the puzzles in somewhat randomly, but they have thought about why doors/gates etc should be shut and it makes sense.
* Two endings! I would play it again anyway, but now I'll have to so I can find out what happens on the other choice.
My only slight negative would be that the bonus play wasn't all that long, though I enjoyed it.

Blooming Marvelous!!!
Oh what another delightful game to play, Elephant games are just getting better and better and just as good as ERS these days! What a delight this game is, the graphics are outstanding and the storyline is wonderful. The HOS were interactive and crisp and clear and of course the map being interactive is another bonus for me. The downside is the game is a bit shorter than i thought it would be, but the work and imagination that's put into this game more than makes up for that. Achievements are always a bonus for me and i enjoyed being on the lookout for miniatures which were quite easy to find. Fabulous game and one of my favourites :-)

So Good, I Just Had Submit a Review!
It was fun. It was different.
I just loved having the Rooster, the Archer, and especially the Miner at my disposal. The Miner was comical.
I am addicted to these games and I have never felt the need to review a game. And trust me I buy alot of games and I always by CE editions. But this playing this game for me, reminded me of the first HO game I ever played or purchased: "Puppet Show: Souls of the Innocent CE" because of how beautiful it was and how truly different ithe game play was.
Sorry that this is not technical, hopefully my passion speaks for itself.

Mixed Bag But Worth Playing!
Unique story, with good and bad statues coming to life, and some cool mini-games. The story, however, didn?t make sense and the ending(s) were no help. Did the evil animator make good statues, too? Also, it became a relay race with a lot of back and forth. The scenes all had the same vibe and it was a little mono to me. Again, I like to dislike my villains and was unsure who the bad guy was.

Mm... I don't like it..
The 3 stars are for the nice graphics and puzzle.. but i dun find the storyline or the flow amusing or interesting.. I tried it in view of the 5 star reviews, but sorry, I find the game BORING.. I won't recommend the game, nor would i not recommend it.. as you need to play first and the decide...
