Very disappointing I generally love the Jewel Quest Mysteries games. This one did not last 5 minutes before I uninstalled..... May 23, 2012
Liked it I thought it was a good additon to the Jewel Quest series. May 23, 2012
Wouldn't recommend Waste of money. Finished in 2 hours. May 23, 2012
No-Buy For Me This is one of those games I think of as a "Cheat Game". HO's are small and difficult to see and tucked into dark corners of busy backgrounds. YUCK! May 23, 2012
I can't find time limits in HO I read the reviews, but did not stop me from trying it, The HO's are difficult, but there are no time limits and they are no harder than most HO's,I did not find the graphic poor, but the HO's in my opinion are for the relaxed player. I liked the story because I was not hurried, I could enjoy it. I like the game,I like the reviews but don't let them do my deciding for me. May 23, 2012
Very Disappointed Well, got 45 mins into trial .... gave up! HOS were not so much grainy as downright foggy ... jewels in HOS indecipherable from other obj's in scene; virtually just click like crazy all over (used a grid pattern) to find the Hint coins - then (the gall of it!) had to redo the whole chapter with the 2nd character; presume it was then followed by the 3rd character; as I say, gave up @ that point' total shimozzle - think I'll go back to the original & even, to an older game, Zen Jems sigh :(( May 22, 2012
This one makes me so sad! I was excited to see this new release as I am a big fan of the Jewel Quest games, BUT when I started playing the trial, I was disappointed right from the start! Too much hand holding and annoying assistance from either one of the 3 character "helpers" or constant interruptions with pop up help boxes!! I was going to use one of my freebies for this game, but I am so glad a tried the trial because I am not wasting my freebie on this one! Sorry developers! May 22, 2012
Disappointing for Jewel Quest I agree with other reviewers that this jewel quest didn't quite come up to the standard of what the more fun jewel quest games have been. It does seem to be at a slower pace and just not that much fun. I've always loved the jewel quest series games but this one does seem to fall a little short. I just didn't want to chance wasting my money and wind up very disappointed. Hopefully, the next one will be better! May 22, 2012
Boring I felt the game was just plain boring. The graphics weren't the best and the game just seemed to move too slow. To repetitious on some stuff. I found that when trying to do a puzzle, the pieces took forever to turn in order to fit them in. I actually found myself getting irritated at the slowness. Just not fun at all. May 22, 2012
Put me to sleep Seriously after 15 minutes I uninstalled it because everything about it made me yawn. The HOG scenes, the dialog (which I could not seem to stop), the match 3 part of the game - nothing held my interest. While it may be a good idea in theory to combine adventure, match 3, and hidden object - and some games have done so successfully - this game managed to make all three painfully boring and actually made completing the trial seem like a job, not fun at all. None of it was especially difficult or challenging, which may be part of the problem. The graphics were pretty enough but not awe inspiring. The story was The match 3 game had no "hook" no goal that I could see beyond clearing the board. I won't say I hated it but I would not choose to play it and definitely will not buy it. May 23, 2012
