Something a little different!
Decided to give this a try after reading the reviews which said it is a bit different, and it certainly is. The storyline is a refreshing change from spirits/long lost lovers etc which is great and the scientific angle exercises the brain..well it did mine.
Not too many HOS which I really liked and the ones there were, were straightforward.
A lot has been said about the 'talking' in other reviews and I can't say it bothered me cos I never have the sound on anyway..lol. So if you don't want to read, you click!
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that there was quite a lot of prompting and a few sparkles when I would rather figure it out for myself.
Other than that...great game and will look out for the next one!

Great sci fiction
I really liked this game. The science fiction aspect of it was interesting and very well done ....kept me entertained all the way through. For those that don't like to wait and listen to Tesla, you can click on the dialouge box and get it to move forward quicker so that you don't have to wait for the speaker to finish. Though not extremely difficult it engaged me all the way through and the changes to the future from what you change in the past was fasinating.

not bad just not great
The HOS are good, The hint button works good. Has voice over,,, that is the problem with me too much voice over and talking. Pretty straight forward game.

Unusual but Fun Game
This game is a bit unusual, but fun. There are a few annoyances. You play as Tesla's great grand daughter and are trying to correct what went wrong with Tesla's experiment. You get to travel back in time to three different periods, which was quite fun.
The graphics are acceptable, not stellar. The HOS and puzzles are fun. Most items are relatively easy to find and most of the puzzles are solvable without too much effort. There is a lot of dialogue between Tesla and the main character...substantially more dialogue than most games... which gets annoying at times. The storyline is really good and plays out nicely as the game moves along.
There is a journal which contains information you pick up during the game and several maps. The maps are not interactive, but do show the location and what's going on within each location. The hint button recharges quickly, but you won't need it very often. There is a walk through available and it is very helpful. I got stuck towards the end of the game and used the walk through. The ending was very satisfying.
The most annoying part of the game was the hint button was on the left and journal/map on the right. This is the opposite of every other game I've played and was really confusing at first.
If you are not annoyed by all the dialogue and the reversed hint/journal buttons, this is a great game.

too much talking
I don't often review a game just from the demo but I won't be buying this one and here's why:
I liked the idea very much indeed and the storyline seems to be going along ok. The puzzles I did were quite good and slightly different, but I couldn't stand the irritating Tesla who kept popping up and giving me yards of advice. Pity really, as the other dialogue (with a caretaker) was quite good.
If there hadn't been so much dialogue (ok I know you can skip it but I got annoyed at his voice as well), I might have gone on with it. Too much advice and not enough exploring here. A shame really.
Still, if you don't mind that I'd advise you to try it because I think it's a good game and would be worth playing.

Different Kind of Story
I really liked the graphics and story on this one. I am a fan of science fiction. HOS were standard and items a bit small but great hint system. Puzzles directions were too vague and had to skip too many. Would like to have done them but some too difficult. Great length. Look forward to a sequel.

Positive charge
Excellent! This was riveting, good fun. Graphics were clear and crisp. Music okay, befitting the game. Hint recharges quite fast. Map did not help me. Journal confusing. Characters were charming, (except for one character). Time play was long and not to many frustrating puzzles. HOS were clear and some objects were hidden very well. Informative game if you like machines. I was shocked to find how energetic this game feels.
Loved it.

Weird and Wacky!
If you know a scientist you better keep the plot to yourself, but Tesla's Tower: The Wardenclyffe Mystery is a weird, wacky and thoroughly enjoyable game. I thought the graphics were terrific and enjoyed having Tesla guiding my tour. My character had a voice as well which I found refreshing. There are a lot of animated scenes and some were quite unexpected, adding to the fun! In the beginning I seemed to be picking up a lot of random items but eventually it all came together. The hidden object scenes are clear and nicely drawn. I had trouble with a few of the puzzles, even after reading the instructions, but I was able to solve most of them eventually. They can be skipped before you get too frustrated but I am a glutton for punishment. A task list makes it pretty clear what to do or where to go next and hints are available if you draw a blank. The music is bouncy and the sound effects are electrifying! I had a great time and hope you do too!

5 star success HOG
I can't find anything to criticize on this game!
This was issued as a regular game, but its length of time to complete the game extends beyond some of the collectors editions. Well done!!! Worth the time and effort to play.
I hope this developer has more games coming!

Hope you have a lot of patience!
I'm glad I used a free game credit for this one. There is WAY TOO MUCH dialogue and way too many cutscenes. It's impossible to do almost anything without a pop-up and you have to slog through loads of drivel storyline just to get to the HOS and puzzles. And the puzzles themselves were very erratic. Some were ridiculously easy (like, drawing a bunch of straight lines with the aid of a ruler... really?) and some were (to me) impossible. Not a big fan of this one, and I've played a LOT of games.
