Most Enjoyable! I am so proud of myself. I played in the advanced mode, I didn't need the SG this afforded a nice lengthy play. The hidden object scenes were challenging and I loved the thought process required to get the job done. I assure you if you decide to take this game on I honestly believe you will enjoy as much as I have. I look forward to the next Dark Dimension episode. Good job everyone and thank you. April 27, 2012
great follow up Well i agree and disagree with some of the other reviewers. First I really liked this game. I like the live actors, the voice overs were pretty good and you never lost sight of the storyline. i did agree that they overdid some of the written notes, especially when combined with the oral explanations from the actors. There were also a couple of mini games that I thought want me to what? I just didn't get the instructions.. even with the SG. However this game had a lot of HO scenes, many many inventory objects, lots of mini games, good music and was beautifully drawn. The HO scenes had plenty of color and you had interactive objects within them. The hint system was very helpful. There was some backtracking but this only added to the game. It was a good length and was very enjoyable. I have not played the extra yet. I think some collectibles, morphing objects or achievements might have been a nice a addition but overall I thought this was a very good follow up to the first Fog game. It is dark and creepy but I always like games where you can remove the "evil" and bring in the light. Enjoy May 6, 2012
great game I thought the story line was good...quite a dark story and dark graphics which add to the atmosphere. It is my type of game...puzzles fairly hard but achievable..although I did skip a couple!! Loved the HOS because you had to do secondry things to find items in the list which is quite clever. I thought this game was better than city of fog..which I could not get into. If you like macabre settings and stories..then go for it. Really liked this game. June 4, 2012
Very Nice! Yep, figured out in the first scene that it was taken after "House of Wax." Really liked those Poe stories and especially Vincent Price. That said, the story line is not bad, graphics nice, but a bit grainy (guess it's because it is set in a very old era and trying to get the look of the old time cinema), music gets annoying quickly. I did like the different HOGs, had to think about what to do next. Could have been more voice overs. Games not difficult. Had no problems with game play. I like this game and will purchase it, as I have another Dark Dimensions game and really like it. Thanks for the reviews. April 26, 2012
Great game if not for the GLITZ It's a wonderful game, but sadly, there's a glitz in the game. As soon as one tries to collect the acidic pollen, the game shuts down. I will wait till BigFish gets a fix for this problem. April 26, 2012
Great Visuals! Storyline is a bit weak although the visuals are great. No much of a challenge . May 1, 2012
Good, But a Bit Tiresome I appreciated the variety and cleverness of the hidden object scenes. Interesting storyline and artistically beautiful. One does tire of skeletal remains and gore and this one doesn't have an excess of that, but a hidden object game based on fun and happy endings would be refreshing. April 28, 2012
Fun Game I will probably buy this game. April 28, 2012
Melting Pot Lovely graphics and good storyline. Fun interactive HOS, with puzzles involved. A bit backward and forward, needs a map. Overall well done. April 26, 2012
Interesting, good graphics I thought this was a pretty good game. It doesn't stand out with all other HOG's, but still had its creepy moments. I especially liked the wax hands.....hmm. May 19, 2012
