Timed out.. then no timer
Hmm - I read the other reviews and thnouht I'd give it a try - just in case...
But - I cannot recommend this game and I don't know why it's promoted by BFG so much
Yes, it's timed in the first visit to any location (past or present# then once you've got past that, there are twenty #20# other items to find in each location #past and present)- this section is untimed.
However, you need the hint as a lot as the objects are either VERY small or show about 10% behind something else.
Too many times, I used the hint as I couldn't find the object - to explain "oh, how did I miss that?" when the hint reveals its location. Then to realise that once the reveal dies away and I have to click on the object, I cannot see it again! Oh, look a tiny portion is pokeing out behind something else. How on earth am I supposed to recognise something from just a tiny portion and then click on it? It's so small I miss three times. Also, scenario, find 4 birds.... ok found three easily - small penguin in middle of screen - click on it - not a bird.... really? Then black camera - 3 on screen guess which one is black - they all are but only one is right!!!
Frustrating game - objects too well hidden and in the end I just didn't care about the game enough to pay for it
People with smaller screen or lower spec graphics card - you've got no chance!
Not recommended for anyone!

Sorry
I tried this and I like like hidden object games, but there has to be a decent storyline involved. I managed to stay with this for about 30 minutes then quit. This is not a challenge at all, even with the time limit. If you like to just look for things this is for you. It was not for me.

not much of a challenge, weak storyline, visual is ok but it's not fun - just redundant.. wouldn't buy. :^(

I Shouldn't Have bothered...
I shouldn't have bothered downloading this one. I should have read the reviews first. Like most of the people who posted before me, I don't like timers. I like to relax and get into the story and the game. An old fashioned HOG might be okay to pass the tiem if you are riding the bus or sitting in a dentist's office awaiting your turn, but the straight HOG has long ago gone out of style. I want a good story, with interesting characters to hold my attention. Without a good story, there's really no reason to play. Lose the timer and give us a story next time!

The Moning of Josie
I was moning the whole time I was playing this game. I tried to give it a chance after reading the negative comments in the forum. The game was too boring, and so slow. This reminded me of some games we played way back when. Its not my cup of tea, but give it a try and draw your own conclusions.

A True HO Game Finally!
I do not know what is wrong with the people that wrote a negative review on this game! A true HO game! Lots of HO's, so those of you who are TRUE HO gamers this is the game for you. They are NOT hard to find. I am not a fan of going back and forth in a game BUT this one was very good! The Big Fish games finally brought in a game that you didn't need to have a blog, a walkthrough, a collector's edition, a stradegy guide etc. and there was NO BLOOD and GUTS! Most of the games on Big Fish and now other sites are doing it is all the garbage I just mentioned and are not a good HO's. This game is excellent. To me the negitive people need to be told and shown how to play with all the guides the games need lately...then why bother playing a game, your not playing it...the guides are. I for one like to play the game on my own, with the tutorial in the begining is fine. So HO lovers this is the game for us. Try it, please don't listen to all the negitive, it was clear, lots to look for, a challenge, just all around good HO.Oh and by the way, some of you should read and listen to the "tips for writing a helpful review."

OMG its BAD
sounded like it would be good but 15 mins into trial I had done more reading than playing. What play there was was slow, boring and the graphics werent very good cant comment on sound as I nearly always play with it off. So annoying wasting time downloading a game this bad just to delete it 15 mins later.

Fun Hidden Object
I loved it. It is a true HIdden Object. Not a Hidden Object Puzzle game. I was missing the games that were just Hidden Object rather than all the puzzles that make you keep going from place to place. So if you're looking for just Hidden Object this is the game for you. The timer is not an issue, you always have plenty of time.

i do not recommend this game
Old hat. Very boring I kept leaving it and going back because I had paid for it. I hate to leave a game unfinished but maybe this is one that I may give up on eventually
