great game Loved this game, really enjoyed it, I didn't do the puzzles, next time around I will try them, very satisfying game! June 11, 2012
Heart racing fun! Normally any game which frightens me is a recommend for others with braver souls; however this game drew me in and wouldn't let me go. I bought it as soon as the demo was over. I am not sure what the devs did to make this game original and fun but whatever they did, please keep it up! I loved the story line and I really jumped and screamed in a couple places. Near the end, my heart was racing as I knew the villian was going to return and catch me....if he did, I am not saying. I enjoyed the soundtrack which enhanced playing without ever being too loud or giving away that a fright was coming. Gameplay is an IHOG where one does have to go back and forth. June 9, 2012
A Great New Spin on Hidden Object Games! I tried this game today and I gotta tell you, it was basically love on first sight. Two main reasons for this: 1) The game looks absolutely stunning. All the hidden object games in the world try to go for the good looks, but the Rite of Passage goes there, and beyond. Congrats to the art department. 2) Once you start playing the game, it becomes obvious that whoever made it played Hidden Object genre extensively, and now decided to put a spin on the idea that will make the game both good old and super-original. My hearty recommendation! June 8, 2012
A Perfect CE Finally, a beautiful atmospheric CE HOPA. As this was a game from an unheard developer (Mad Head Games), my expectations were quite average. Boy, was I wrong. From the moment when I literally jumped out of my chair (whoever played the demo will know what I'm talking about) I decided that this game is a buy! It has a nice, long story. Beautiful colorful graphics, one of the best among CEs. Puzzles are a bit on the easy side, but they are (finally) innovative and original. Puzzle explanations are a bit unclear, but I haven't used them a lot. The story is about missing children, nothing new, but nicely told (not disturbing), with a great twist in the Bonus game (which is in my opinion the best part of the game). There is a nice additional feature - collecting 55 masks through the game. I only wish there were more things like this in the game. Also, there is no map - some recent games have spoiled me with this nifty feature. All in all, It was a buy for me in the middle of the demo, and it was a good decision! A must have for your collection. June 9, 2012
fabulous I thoroughly enjoyed this game so much that I purchased it, I highly recommend this game to everyone. June 7, 2012
perfect love it, its interesting and fun, well done June 8, 2012
Awesome! One of the best hidden object games I played recently! June 8, 2012
AWESOME GAME!!! I don't normally purchase CEs but this game was certainly worth the money. It was excellent in every way. For me, close to the end and how it turned out was no surprise because of the game description but I loved the mystery, the HOs and puzzles. Character animation and VOs were outstanding. loved it This game was awesome. It had everything going for it. The bonus content was new and unusual. The developers did a great job on this on. I hope it has a sequel. June 14, 2012
Great game I love playing this game. Finally a refreshing new style and some animated graphics. It really enchances the immersion the player has when playing this new wonder! The bonus chapter is FANTASTIC! Really worth the CE! June 14, 2012
