Too much running around I just couldn't get into this game. In the beginning it was good, really nice graphics, storyline seemed promising....but then there was so much running around that I lost interest in what I was looking for or where I needed to use the item. Mind you, it's ok to find something and know to remember where that clue goes, but every frickin' frame of this game? And you had to go back 6 miles each time. Ugh! And I was so looking forward to this game from the reviews, most were 5 stars....I don't get it. November 27, 2012
Got tired of it real fast ! Did not like the live characters, I liked the puzzles, but it never took me in. I got really bored. October 21, 2012
Very Boring after a While The Story line was ok, sort of, but then it had you running in sooooo many circles each time to go to a place you could uncover something useful...I felt it got REALLY tedious. I am not into spending all my time with my mouse (I get hand cramps) going back and forth ad nauseum, just to find one thing you need to progress in the game....becames boring. September 4, 2012
Great storyline, good game play a novel storyline.. good puzzles (but not too challenging).. yet i dun like the ending, coz it seems unfair for the girl, despite the crimes she did.. but overall one should at least try the trial, the I'm sure you'll like it ;) June 29, 2012
blah I didn't like this game at all. I was so bored with it that I ended up using hints over and over just to finish it. August 2, 2012
Fabulous Art Deco set I spent way too much time just looking around at the Art Deco set. It really is astounding -- and it sets the tone and atmosphere for the game. Also fun for fans of classic movies and the days of Hollywood stars. I played in the "Casual" mode, and really appreciated the hints; they provided just the right amount of guidance. The map was also useful; it's a fairly large complex of buildings, so I quickly learned to check the map to avoid a lot of unnecessary backtracking. Nice mix of different types of puzzles. The ending is rather abrupt, which is par for the course on these games. May 11, 2013
