OMG I would rather watch grass grow. Listen to the other reviews, resist the temptation, don't do it, you will thank me. July 4, 2012
Straight forward HOG I actually like this game. It is a bit of an eye-strain and I think the artwork is just ok. Even so I started to play this and I am going to buy it .....why? Maybe because it doesn't make me think too much....it is a very straight-forward HOG with no distractions. I keep thinking I will never find all the stuff on the list and then....there I am with 20 sec remaining and all items found. Anyway it is definitely Not the best game of all times but I am enjoying it and maybe you will too. July 4, 2012
Nice little game! The HOS are challenging, the minigames are ok. The story is very good, and the different accents of the speakers are funny! I'm looking forward to part 2! April 10, 2012
nice thrilling hidden object adventure +interesting storyline, pretty great graphics; +the minigames fit really good in the story; +good music;atmopshere is somehow gloomy and dark; +liked the music played when resolving puzzles/mini games; -objects are too easy to find; -wide screen is not supported; -hint button is not very helpful because it takes too long until it can be used again; Enjoyed playing and finishing it for the first time but that's it. Pulls you in A game with a good sense of mystery that combines the music, visual style, gameplay and the storyline into an experience filled with enough diversity to keep the player hooked even after more than one play through May 21, 2012
Review based on trial This is a standard HOG, no adventure here. The game seemed unfinished to me. Some basic things were missing, even for a HOG. Between scenes there was no wait bar...meaning while the next scene was loading, there was nothing to tell you it was loading. Usually there is a "loading" bar, blink, etc. I also didn't like how the options menu allows you to adjust the minimal settings available, but then doesn't say okay. There are two options, apply and cancel. After you make any adjustments and hit apply, the screen still stays up. You actually have to hit cancel to apply your settings! Cancel? Odd. My review is based on an advanced player of HOAG's, Strategy, and TM games. This is definitely not a buy for me. Too boring #yawn#. July 4, 2012
Aweful Absolutely worst graphics ever. July 9, 2012
Give this game a pass... This is, perhaps, one of the worst HOG's I've played. The game moved far too slowly, the hidden object scenes were mediocre at best and the mini-games were so simple a 5 year old could best them. It was a great lesson learned for me that just because a game has "Vampire" in the title, it doesn't mean it's a good game. Trust the reviews and pass on this one. July 4, 2012
Where were the vampires? The concept of the game could have been better if the objects were not so miniscule. So to be penalized in reduction of points for clicking on wrong object was a turn-off. Slow going, actually, never saw a vampire, so the title is misleading, really. Didn't mind it to be a HOG, but make it exciting and worthwhile. the audio was okay, mellow, not dramatic or mysterious, for the title given. Art and graphics were simple,I was not taken in or drawn to the graphics. Usually you can tell by the first 10 minutes if the game is worthy, and for me, it was not. Did not even finish the demo, quite drab and boring. July 4, 2012
boring do not like to be timed no fun July 4, 2012
