A really enjoyable twist on Sim and Time Management
I really enjoyed this game, which had a lot of the elements of Virtual Villagers, but without the persistent world and very slow progress that always annoyed me about that game.
You are setting up a colony on a distant island, and you must manage your slowly growing number of colonists is harvesting resources, exploring the island, and uncovering treasures. Part of the game involves trade with the homeland, where you can acquire additional colonists, trade resources for money, and acquire bits of technology to advance your progress on the island.
The pace of the game is very good, and I never felt like I was just sitting around waiting for things to happen. Every time I accomplished a goal it seemed like two more would pop up fairly quickly.
The art style is decent, if a bit cartoonish. It was nice to have characters distinct enough that I could recognize who was who right away.
All in all, this is a great game, and well worth a buy for anyone with even a slight enjoyment of this style of play.

Priate Shooting
This game is a lot of fun except when trying to destroy the pirates. Controlling the ball and the level of strength is unpredictable

fun game
I love these types of games and wish there were more like this one. The quests make it more interesting, the characters are cute, and overall I just really enjoy playing this.

Couldnt stop playing
I have been playing this game for several days and I LOVE IT. I find myself being mad if I cant come home straight from work to play it. Things move at a great pace and you see results quickly. I dont like that you have to keep going back and forth between screens such as the warehouse screen and the colonists screen to find information on what you are needing or have to much of. I also didn't like the room configuration of the houses, most just didn't make sense. but overall it is a great game and kept me wanting more

Enjoyed this new type of game
I have not played this type of TM previously and truely enjoyed. I liked the "angry birds" portion as well as resource management.

just the game i've been waiting for
My type of game. the graphics are great and the storyline is enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this game to everyone who liked 'artist colony' or 'virtual villagers'. This game is even better.

I love this game and have played it many many times. My only critiscism is that you cannot queue jobs for the colony members

Brilliant!
Loved this game...
Great game play! although a little short for my liking,
I can't get enough of it.

Fun and cute
I usually do not rate games but I really like this one. It wasn't challenging but it was still enjoyable. I have in the past enjoyed similar games but always found they moved soooo slow. This one kept a good pace. I could have done without the pirate scenes but it didn't take away from the game.
