The Lord of Statues Brilliant - best game I have played in a long time, anyone who buys this will not be disappointed.Graphics are great - but the best of all is when the statues come to life - its amazing. July 16, 2012
One of the better games I liked this game more than several others I have played. The hidden objects were fairly easy to find with just enough effort to make it fun. The mini-games were about mid-level, solvable but not too easy or too hard. I liked the fact that there are two different endings, depending on what you do in the last act. A nice game to add to any collection. July 14, 2012
How much frustration do you like? The game wasn't all that bad except when you get to the last scene and can't finish the game -- freezes and won't unfreeze. Tried on multiple computers - so that's not the problem. July 29, 2012
Bonus The game is beautiful and pretty exciting. It could be a little harder which would make it more interesting. But I really enjoyed playing it. BUT, the Bonus game is a waste of time, Why don't they put these bonus games right into the main game? Especially, when they are as bad and easy as this one. Maybe it wouldn't have seemed as bad as it is. The game designers are not giving us anything by inserting a "Bonus game." I have rarely played a bonus game that was worth playing. I get the impression the game designers also felt these so called "bonus games" were not worth putting into the main game so pawn it off as "more play" time when one like this is more waste of time. B.O.R.I.N.G. This game actually had great potential but was ruined, for me and my children, by two things. The first problem was that there was no music during game play, just this swishy sound of snow falling. This had us falling asleep inside of a half hour. In addition to that the graphics, though well-drawn, were done in this distant perspective that gives the player the impression of hovering over the scenes instead of being directly involved - like you're floating over the rooms not in the rooms and interacting. It was disturbing. The storyline was ok but the entire experience was ruined by the general lack of excitement. I didn't like it at all. My children and I usually play these games together on a Friday or Saturday night at least once a month. We have so much fun that we stay up most of the night trying to finish in one sitting! This time we all agreed just to turn it off and go to bed. I bought the game instead of downloading the trial version. Bad move because it was a waste of money. This is the first real flop I've had with Big Fish. November 27, 2012
I liked it.... I liked it, but some of the game was a tad slow for me. November 11, 2012
challenging game I enjoyed the story line. The challenges were hard for me, but I had a lot of fun. July 16, 2012
What a fabulous game! What a fabulous game! Great, original story. The graphics are good. There is a travel map provided showing active tasks. Quite a few HOS but they are quick and easy, not overwhelming at all. Puzzles are unique and medium to hard difficulty. Overall it is fairly challenging. I thought the story and gameplay were intertwined well. Really, this is such a fun and creative game. I almost overlooked this one, I highly recommend not to do so. May 16, 2013
